MH got my oldest a Valentines Gift - a little box of chocolates and a fuzzy blanket. The blanket has a bit of a back story - I had a blanket I always kept on the couch in our living room. My oldest slowly took it over and now sleeps with it every night. For Christmas MH got me a new blanket for the living room. And again, my oldest is slowly starting to take it over too! So he bought her one that is similar to mine - same brand/fuzziness/thickness but different design.
We didn't get anything for my youngest though because she's a baby and doesn't know what Valentines Day is. But maybe I will buy her some yogurt puffs or something, they were her favorite Christmas present.

DH and I have a tradition of a VD picnic at lunch. This is year 10 I think. Anyway, DS will come with and we will just enjoy the family time. No gift for LO but we picked up valentines for DS's classmates.
I might make DD some heart shaped pancakes or something. MH and I don't celebrate. His birthday is a few days after, though. I'm thinking we might stay in a hotel just outside of town the weekend after his birthday.
We make each other cards, eat steak and watch scary movies. I did send Valentine's in the mail to our family members from DD, but I designed and printed them myself so they didn't cost anything but a stamp.
Sometimes DH will buy Reese's hearts because he just.can't.help himself, but that's about all the money we spend on this holiday.
