My child is going to wake up from her nap any minute. I'm already looking forward to her afternoon nap. I feel like a terrible mother.
Nope, you are not terrible. Naps are important for both of you! Enjoy.
Thanks girl! I know I'm not terrible but I do feel a little bad, I'm no where near as fun as I used to be for her. Oh well, she is young enough that she won't remember.
I ran errands this morning and am trying to work up the motivation to meal prep for the hubs and E since I'll be gone this week. Spoiler alert, I'm lying on the couch.
I'm glad I'm not the only one still peeing on all the things.
Im also headed to the dentist this afternoon. My gum randomly started to recede from one of my front teeth. I've never had any teeth or gum issues, so I'm worried. I'm wondering if my toddler bumped me in the face and damaged it.

I had the worst cramping this morning I do a lot of constant walking in my position and everything just hurt while I was pulling up cars. They finally subsided after I guzzled a bunch of water but still lame.
Does anyone else cloth diaper? I am wasting my afternoon classes by deciding whether or not newborn diapers are worth it.
I never did. I think it just depends on the person if they work for you or not. H waned to try them out until he found out it was more work than he initially thought. Disposables worked fine for us and we never worried about having clean diapers on hand (laundry is not our strong suit).

I currently CD DS but we started late (around 9 months). I have a large enough stash for #2 but no newborn diapers. I just dont know if it's worth buying 12+ newborn size diapers if they will only fit for 2-3 months.

maybe if you could get them at a mom exchange or cheaper? DH flat out refuses to CD, I'm kinda disappointed, it seemed like a quick win as far as savings, but he's adamant, so I'll pick another battle.

It is not worth a battle. H was reluctant. In fact, the reason he agreed to it was because I said I would be solely responsible for diaper changes. He has since he come around and will change diapers but leaves the poop for me to deal with.

YES, the poop is the deal breaker for him, although he won't admit it. silly husband.

I always get terrible cramping in early pregnancy- especially if I'm a little dehydrated- keep up with the water maybe?

I didn't get any cramping until 2nd tri with DS so I'm not appreciating it so early this time around lol Although I'll take it over nausea!

I came home and felt driven to work out. I didn't do much, just 20 minutes of walking the trail by our house. But I can't remember the last time I exercised... It was strangely relaxing.
I crossed 5 things off my to do list this morning. Then just took a 2.5 hour nap on the sofa. Now to see if I can find the motivation to do more chores before collecting DS...

Woohoo first to reply to my own thread! Like chanting your own name at a concert right?
I took another hpt at 14dpo and it was as dark as the control line. Not sure why I keep peeing on things, but I do. I am tempted to buy some digitals to see if my weeks estimator says I'm further along lol.
I am slowly working my way through the rest of my 25 pack of tests I got on Amazon when we started TTC. Pee on all the things!
My friend and I are escaping to the movies! We are going to see Mother's Day haha. I don't even care what's playing I just want to binge eat popcorn. Lol
The CD conversation is reminding me - the old-school prefolds make excellent burp cloths/washcloths/towels/etc., so I def recommend buying a 10-pack of the cheapo Gerber ones just to have on hand.
They are the greatest burp cloths turned cleaning rags!
