I am around. I try to read chat stew each day or every few days, but I don't feel like I have much to say. I have been real busy in the LLR world and am getting ready to launch myself. Other than that, we are just busy with all the early summer activities. I can't believe Emmett only has one day of preschool left this year. I am still not sure how I am going to fill his time this summer and keep myself sane.
Let me know if you ever want to head to the aquarium or a zoo.

I'm here! Staying at home means no computer time and I hate typing out responses longer than a sentence or two on my phone. Back to work on September and I can't be on FB during the day so I'll definitely be back more here.

Ugh we met with our landlords today with their realtor and they were looking to put the house on the market on Monday. Monday!
We haven't signed the paper for the lock box yet because we basically gave them an ultimatum that they need to write an addendum to our lease that we are staying until October 22 instead of sept 15.
If they don't agree I guess we will be keeping the house a mess for awhile. We thought we'd be able to deny anyone entry, but I think if they give written and 24 hour notice, they can come in still.
I'll check in - it's been forever (sorry). Cliffs Notes: *Boys are getting so big: A turns 4 in 8 days and S is almost 2.5. Big guy is crazy inquisitive and into bugs. Little guy is a wild child but lovable. *Been crazy busy as a LLR consultant since January. *Been unsuccessfully TFAT for 10 cycles now. *Summer vacation begins Wednesday, but boys will continue at school 3 days so I can do LLR.
Lillian is great, as always. Edit: she's has a slew of ear infections and swimmer's ear, so between her & Wes, we've been at the doctor constantly.
Westley is awful. I hate to admit to this because its not PC, but this is not what I wanted. I feel robbed of "baby moments" and the enjoyment of a newborn. I can't lose the last 8lbs of baby weight because I'm eating poorly and not leaving the house. I'm bitter. I'm resentful. He doesn't smile, he barely coos, and he spends most of the day crying. I can't go do things with him or bring him anywhere.
He's on another set of meds that haven't kicked in yet, and if they don't work we go see a gastro specialist. He is 9 weeks and still up every 2 hrs at night. I want to shoot myself or drive away and not come back.

MissMusic I hope you find a medicine that works for Westley. Poor Mama and poor baby. I hope you can carve out a little time for yourself to keep your sanity.
MissMusic I am SO sorry. Seriosly huge hugs! I hope they can figure something out for Westley it is so hard on everyone when they are not happy and they can't say what is wrong
Is there anyway you can maybe have a day to yourself? Could H take a day off and stay with the kids and you just get out and be you? Does Wes like the stroller? Even getting out for just a bit on a walk may bring you some sanity. Do NOT feel any pressure to shed those last pounds it's only been 9 weeks! Give yourself some time

I just started maternity leave. Like, just got home 30 minutes ago. Work had been so busy that I had barely any time to come on and chat but I have tried to keep up!
What's new: we moved in with my in-laws (wahhhh) while we wait for our house to be ready. I am due in the next week with baby boy number 2. Oh, and I found out I had lice on Saturday. So that was a fun thing to discover at 9 months pregnant.
Other than that, just chugging along! Miss you all!
MissMusic Hugs lady. Eliza was completely different sleep wise compared to Hanna. It was really hard to adjust to and at 9 months she was still waking up 2-3 hours to sleep. Heck at 2 she still wakes up most nights at least 1x. It was a real adjustment after Hanna who was a relatively easy baby for sleep wise, after a certain mark that is.
I hope you get something figured out so you can start getting longer stretches.
MissMusic I'm sorry. That sounds really difficult and awful. Is there anything at all the Westly likes? I have to go stand outside when Josie is flipping her shit bc that totally calms her. Our struggles since baby are with Tommy. Kid has always been a bit wild, but it's be insane for the last 6 weeks. I feel bad losing my patience with him daily. Sometimes being a parent just super sucks.
MissMusic hugs girl. Henry was like that. I do agree with starfishy that going outside helped a bit and we all know neither one of my kids STILL sleeps so I feel your pain. I remember driving home from work when Henry was an infant and driving as slow as possible some days because I just didn't want to go home. I hope it gets better for you soon.
starfishy so many hugs girl. I hope Tommy calms down and starts adjusting soon. Henry has gotten light years better as Cece gets older but we still have those days where I want to leave him by the curb.

I'm so sorry MissMusic Do the doctors think it's reflux? Colic? Big hugs. Freya is definitely a more high maintenance baby and it does suck when you compare them to your big kid and realize you don't like them as much (though at almost 9 months Freyas getting to be a lot more fun).
I agree - is there any way you can get a break? Your H can stay at home or even hire someone from care.com so you can get out of the house for an hour and away from crying.

So sorry you're dealing with lice on top of everything else. Do you have a good lice comb? We had so many issues last year, and really, a good comb was what made all the difference. I hate lice.

barefoot84 there's a company here that checks for free and then does a series of treatments and treats your house. It was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, but they guarantee to get rid of it and being as pregnant as I am, I couldn't deal.
My poor husband combed through my hair Saturday night and got a bunch out but I still had lots when we went to be treated at the lice center. I have to be treated again, and probably a third time but Kevin didn't have it and Tyler only had 3 nits. I'm just glad we found it before the baby came and potentially got lice.

I wish we had a company like that in our area. I would have gladly gave them all my money.
I'm still here, baby #3 keeping me busy and mostly over on A16 these days but I like to check in from time to time over here- I just never feel I have much to add.
Still here too, but not as much as I would like. I think of all of you often though. I am dealing with an bit of hater drama on N15 and was banned last week. Thankfully my J12 girls stepped in and helped out with that. The kids are doing good. The baby is high needs, so I totally feel your pain MissMusic. And C is jealous at times, which can be challenging. It does get better, but I thought that the second would for sure be easier than the first...not the case here!
