tiresiastheblond, I'm so glad for a much more positive update this time! I am also wondering about the possible entanglement issue. Is there anything that can be done, or do you just have to wait and see how things work out? I'm constantly thinking of you and those two little ones. I will continue to keep my fingers crossed that everything works out for you!

Thanks, all! I go back next Thursday at 10:00 am.
Unfortunately, they can't do anything about the possible entanglement/blood supply issues (I asked). We just have to watch and wait. I don't know about the relative risk to both babies. Right now, they're pretty similar in terms of delays/impact, but I suppose if one stopped developing before too much damage had been done to the other, the survivor might do OK? I'm just hoping they both make it, of course.

Congratulations, pittpurple! It must be such a relief to be away from the nausea!
Things are going OK here. Baby girl is growing and still drinking milk like a champ. She sleeping all night, but I don't want to get too spoiled because I know that babies change at the drop of a hat.
We're still dealing with a lot of defiance and difficulty with her older brother. We are seeking help and trying to stay patient and positive. I know that kids have phases all the time, and I'm just trying to remind myself that this phase shall pass. There are so many fights, from washing hands to going to the bathroom.

URMySunshine77, I'm sorry DS is having a tough time. I'm sure he's just adjusting to the changes and this will pass quickly! I hope DD keeps sleeping through the night! Our DD started that early, too, and she never went back to more frequent waking except at times like when she got her two-year molars, etc.

OMG hey ladies!!!! I have been MIA on the boards real bad.
My recovery SUCKS and Isla is a sweet handful of a baby.
She is 6 weeks weighing in at 6pounds 3 ounces. Finally fitting into about half her newborn clothes and the other half are still too big. #tinybabyproblems lol
My house is trashed, I don't sleep cause Isla catnaps, and I feel like i get a shower maybe every3 days and never eat before 2pm and am failing at breastfeeding. I am breastfeeding but i don't exclusively. So thats my life basically. You can guess how I am doing emotionally. Im in love with my nugget but man its hard.

Congratulations KirstenAlecia, Isla is beautiful! I hope she starts settling into a routine so you can get some sleep. This stage is so very hard. Thinking of you!
