So, I'm bleeding. Bright red, not a ton but more than spotting. I have now bled with all 5 of my pregnancies- 3 miscarriages and my son. I just keep reminding myself that I DID have several instances of gushing bright red blood with my son (unexplained) and he made it and is healthy as can be. So it could very well be nothing. But it fucking sucks.
Really this is just a vent. Well wishes would be appreciated too. I actually already have my first ultrasound tomorrow morning but at only 5+3 I doubt it'll really give us much info.
Meladorie, I'm so sorry! I know, too, what a terrible mind-f*ck the bleeding can be. With mine, it was due to subchorionic hemorrhage. All you can do is rest, drink lots of fluids, and (impossible, I know) try not to stress.
Sending you all the hugs and well-wishes that it's nothing serious and that tomorrow's scan goes really well!
Thinking of you. With my first (edit: first pregnancy that ended in live birth not miscarriage) I was working out and had a huge gush that soaked everything. It would've been more embarrassing if I hadn't been so terrified. Hoping it's nothing and your scan tomorrow shows a perfectly healthy and sticky baby!
Bleeding is so scary! Internet hugs! With my son I bled every day for 12 weeks and it was so stressful. Sending hugs and positive vibes for a great appointment tomorrow.

Oh, meladorie, I'm sending you all the T&Ps I can! Please keep us updated on your appointment today. And (as hard as it is) try not to stress. My girlfriend experienced the same thing - I accompanied her to the ER - and she delivered a happy and healthy DS. {{hugs}}

~huge hugs~ Egads I had so much bleeding with the twins that they gave me two blood transfusions. It was so terrifying. They're here and healthy at two and a half years old. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
Update: Gestational and yolk sac are present (so not ectopic and not BO). Everything looks normal for this early. There's a spot that could be "deciduous reaction" or it could be a SCH. We'll know for sure by the follow up next Thursday. So, on the right track!
Edit: deciduous reaction sounds scary but apparently it's just a fancy term for baby settling in and uterus getting comfy
meladorie, So glad to hear it's going well in there (minus the possible sch or reaction thingy) ! Keeping my fingers crossed for you that it resolves quickly on its own and baby keeps growing!
