From TMZ- "What do Amber Heard and Tyga have in common? They both violated court orders to testify under oath in L.A. and both are outside the borders of the USofA.
Sources tell us ... Amber is still ensconced in London, even though she's been ordered to appear for her deposition in her domestic violence/divorce case Friday at 10 AM.
The consequences could be severe. Johnny Depp's lawyers have already asked the judge to prohibit her from testifying in next week's trial because she refused to go in the depo room last weekend and testify. Depp's lawyer, Laura Wasser, says Amber was crying and screaming in an adjoining room, refusing to sit and testify. The judge could also just dismiss the domestic violence case.
Heard faces some tough questions ... among them -- why she thinks cops and apartment staff never saw injuries to her face.
We know both sides have been trying to settle the case, but money is the sticking point."
She really isn't painting a good picture of herself.
I was reading something where her attorneys said she never refused the deposition and she was there at court and the attorneys just never took it. Idk. Seems pretty strange. Attorneys.

There have been many deposition attempts, and the you mention was last Friday, which she was an hour and half late for. This one, she's apparently not going to and isn't leaving London any time soon for a new deposition. It's all screwy and I'm loving every minute of it.
This story is getting better and is never ending. For some reason DH, the lawyer (not sarcasm) has a lot of feels about this video. He says that 1- It's illegal to film someone without their consent in CA. 2- Because of it being illegal, the video is not admissible in court. 3-The video shows an adult equivalent of a temper tantrum which doesn't mean a thing. He says people yelling or slamming doors doesn't prove that they hit other people. Plenty of couples have fights where slamming cabinet doors happens. The video does prove that he seems to know the line and doesn't cross it. 4- If it is proven that she leaked it, she can be sued.
My non lawyer take away- That's a lot of wine and they need better wine glasses.
Late but @whimsy I'm just watching that video now. Obviously such a set up. Plus just because he is banging cupboards and breaking shit doesn't prove anything except that he probably has anger management issues. She was totally egging him on in what we could see. Wonder what she edited out.

Obviously the alcohol doesn't help. But it's been said that it was taped the day or the day after his Mom died, so again that may not help. But like DH said, lots of married couples get into fights and slam doors, but that doesn't mean it's an abusive relationship. Of course the comment section of the story is laughable. Apparently slamming doors is abuse.
If I was young, good looking, single, and all the money in the world- I would be living it up. I don't think she really gets too caught up in any of these guys. She seems to crush but not really love. Which is good for that age and the types of guys she's dating. Don't fall in love with people like Gosling and Hiddleston. They're not husbands.
