Super slow day at work. It's quiet and storming outside and 89% of people in my office are not here. I'm totally casual in jeans, sneakers and a t-shirt.
We're heading to the river tonight, but my house is a MESS so I must clean first.
portuguesemama WHY YOU ASK?! I am about 30-45 away depending on traffic. ruemorgan my sister uses that in her bathroom window vs. a curtain or blinds. It's frosty window style and works perfectly. She used frosty contact paper.
Morning! I'm in the mood to go out to breakfast but I'm really trying to do better with eating and I know I totally wouldn't make a great choice. Trying to convince myself to eat my Greek yogurt, fruit, and grape nuts. malvo- So crazy about the hair search! I would have scared them if I had to take my crazy hair out of an existing top knot! It would not be pretty. Glad you get to see your little one soon! portuguesemama- Aw, I want to be part of the 10! babys2015- New test, stat. ladymike- So jealous of your diner breakfast! Oh, I would leave early. For sure. flat0422- I want a late sleeping baby!! If there's a chance the boardwalk would be packed, I would wait. Hate huge crowds like that. bekbek- +1 to the morning soda. Sometimes it's got to happen! graciest719- Bummer about leaving stuff at home. But sounds like you figured it out. I probably would have just sat and cried over it. ruemorgan- H and I had our biggest fight ever over window tint film. Many years back we tried to do a large apt window. It did not go well. I will be sending you good vibes and all the beers!

babys2015 - I didn't mean to pass over your post. All the feels for you either way. I think I'd test again in the morning with a FRER just to make sure. Hugs mama!
coleybug13, it took me a whole weekend to get that first order done. It gets easier. And I only appreciate getting duplicates now because it's one less picture to take, lol.
ladymike sometimes I just stare at it because I don't even know where to start. I started with outfits and it's way harder than I thought! I am no stylist that's for sure

Oh. Forget outfits. I'm lucky to have the time to get all the single photos, haha. I did an outfit sale once and probably won't again any time soon. It was awful.
My mum is home watching the girls while I'm at the office. She wrote to ask me if our A/C is working properly. She said its set to 78 and the temp inside has now climbed to 83...
Doesn't sound like it. Here's hoping the home warranty people can be out quickly.
Luckily the high is only 100* today, but we have almost 60% humidity from the storms. This stinks.
SO presented me with a bracelet from Kay Jewelers! He said it's for holding down the fort and allowing him to do a lot of side work with minimal to no bitching.
jcar Ive been thinking of you and your H. How did his interview go? Did anyone else show interest in his applications? Do you think a move is in your future?
P slept too long at DC, so i couldnt get that 3pm nap I was hoping for to prep the house for painting. Went to go turn on Daniel the Tiger for him and its GONE! Wtf, Netflix. I have to paint the house. Gotta find a new show now. What are your kids watching? (Not Mickey Mouse Club House)
O did so well during her first haircut today. H has been home for 2 weeks on vacation and he goes back next week. It's been so nice having him home and it's going to be hard to adjust.
He mentioned wanting to try for another baby next year and I have all the feels. It was such a long road for us to get pregnant with O and I'm not sure I'm ready for all the fertility treatments again. Also, he works so much that I'm basically a single mom during the week so it's hard to imagine doing that with 2. We always wanted 2 and I still do, it just never seems like the right time. Ugh!
Anyway, I'm going to try to be more active here! I miss y'all!

I apparently replied to people in my head and never typed them out. Ha.
ladymike - Come to da Burgh! It makes me laugh that you call it P-Burgh. Haha. I have no idea where the train station is here. Well maybe I do, in which case, don't arrive at night.

sjep922 boo! Stay cool! I hope you have fans at least.
ruemorgan My Little Ponies Friendship is Magic. It's enjoyable and there's lots of singing. I have girls though. The kids also like Dinotrux which has dinosaurs, trucks, rocks, and friendship.

I went to the beach with the kids today. Until I ate something that disagreed with my stomach and had to go home. The girls had fun until then and did not get sun burned! Every outdoor adventure is successful if my fair children remain relatively fair.
portuguesemama Norfolk/Suffolk is a little further. What highways are you taking to get there and what time do you expect to be through? It's doable, definitely doable.

I'll GPS it and PM you. I really have no clue. Haha. I go wherever the phone tells me to.
This week seems like there is no end! My kid dislikes me when I get home from work, but then when it's time for bed he doesn't want to let go. It breaks my heart. Work has been rough with us ramping up for a peak weak. I will go from 4 ten hour shifts to 5 eleven hour shifts for the week of July 10th-16th. If you made it through my whining, thanks for reading and sorry for the rambling! I hope y'all have a good July 4th weekend!
