Haaaay! Same name here. I'll fix my avatar when our internet gets hooked up Friday.
Fun fact for this morning: this tiny little town we moved to has max internet speed of 5 Mbps... Much of the town (including some businesses) still run on dial-up. It took me 4 hours to track down a company that could serve as our provider AND offered DSL. I am in internet hell!
OMFG! Where do you live? The ninth circle of hell? I didn't even think dial up was a thing anymore. Can you even Netflix?
Do MQF's still happen here... Just in case..
We just moved to Central Texas to a very rural little town. I had no idea dial up still existed either! I feel like I'm living in 1999!! I'll update you on the ever-imperative Netflix streaming situation, our service doesn't get hooked up until Friday.

SheilaTheTank It wouldn't let me reply and now I don't think it's letting me tag you - harrumph. But we just moved to Central Texas to a very rural town. I had no idea dial up still existed either!! Does anyone know if the app version of this is worth downloading? Reviews aren't very good, but it was a little hard to navigate last night via mobile just through the site. Anyway, hi everybody! :waves:
I have it on an Android phone and it works fine for me. It takes a bit getting used to, but I find it easier to participate in discussions on Tapatalk than on the evil site's app.
Andplusalso, I actually get popup notifications from Tapatalk when people quote or like stuff-even when it's closed. No more being mobile for a few days and then logging onto a computer to find a bunch of missed notifications.
Hey Ladies. I'm Salsera29. I took this opportunity to change my name because I like bachata better. And no numbers! I'm eating now but I'll work on the avatar situation.
Is anyone else excited about how big the avatars are on this site? I can actually tell what everyone's photo is!
*happy dance*
I can actually see what they all are now!
ETA: For some reason on the evil site, most of the time when I clicked onto someone's profile to see the avatar bigger I'd get a broken picture icon, not a bigger version of the avatar. So happy to see them all now!
