EmMilAlly Not quite, but my nipples never stopped being a little "crusty" with dried milk, even though I haven't nursed in 9 months. I realize now this is TMI and I regret the use of the word crusty.

The mothers are always shocked when a few hours after birth the babies shake from nicotine withdrawal. I had a patient yell at her doctor once because the doctor only warned her about preterm labor and low birth weight as side effects of continuing to smoke.
I also had a patient deliver an 8lb baby who was upset her smoking didn't give her a smaller baby like the doctor said it would.
