Thanks everyone! I was able to finally fall asleep so that was great!
@suesposa you are so right about not overthinking it! And yup, if I look at my phone it definitely prolongs the awake time but sometimes helps quiet my mind a bit.
Stringy I have actually been using a mediation app to fall asleep, which has been amazing! I thought about putting it on in the middle of the night but didn't want to wake my DW even though she totally wouldn't have cared. Although I was reading something that talked about just focusing on your breathing, so after some time playing on my phone to tire my eyes, that did the trick! (I think posting in here may have helped too!)

O just woke up, probably for the day. But we are snuggling in our new rocker. We spent so much $$$ on it but right now it's soooo worth it to be comfortable.
The last three nights we've been in Santa Fe, M has been waking up almost every hour. Sometimes for longer periods. We fly home today, hoping it's short lived. This has been a bit rough. Maybe it's a growth spurt or new environment or her first diaper that literally appeared overnight??? I keep hoping CET has been getting some sleep while she's had some baby free nights.

MOTN me is angry because now me is still up watching The World Cup of Hockey.
MOTN me: "Don't watch the last period... go to bed!!! You have no idea when Is will be up, and you'll be tired tomorrow!"
Now me: "But it's so good! You deserve this 'you' time... it's almost over now, you'll be asleep by 11. Something super-exciting will happen as soon as you go to sleep otherwise."

Yeah, I should not be watching tv now but we just got a receiver for the sound system that was pre installed in our house so we are enjoying the new sound.
Of course it took us 10 minutes to even decide to watch something and so only 20 mins left before bedtime!

Is was to bed on the early side of when she goes down... afterwards I usually pump, wash pump parts and go to bed. Last night I was up until 10:30! We'll see how this afternoon goes.

I really hope this pregsomnia that has started does not continue for the next 9 months! I keep waking to pee then being unable to fall back asleep cause my mind starts racing! I even tried a 30 minute sleep mediation tonight but no luck! Finally caved and took out my phone. Anyway hi out there!
