Live Another Day is a community dedicated to people who have struggled or are still struggling with emotions. A place where depression, anxiety, personality disorders and other mental illnesses aren't looked down upon and instead, a place where you can reach out for help. A community where you can share experiences, coping strategies and inspirational content to help people get through the day.

We're all unique. We all have our own story, we're all stuck on a chapter. We're usually too afraid to share our past, afraid of what people will think of us. But why does it have to be that way? Our experience has shaped us into who we are today, it has built us into the amazing people we are.

Bottling up emotions can have devastating effects on us; because let's be honest, it's better to fight together than alone. We all fall down, we all have our good and bad days, we're all hiding mental scars from our past; no matter how deep or shallow they are.
 
It may seem you cannot change the world, but the truth is, what you post can change a person's world.
