I really like Sebastian but dont like the NN for it, personally, which is why it never made it to our first name list. I think Al as a NN for Alistair sounds pretty natural, good

S: Seb (I honestly love this), Sebby, Sebas (I've heard it pronounced like sea bass), Bas/Baz, SJ, Tian, Ash, and Ian
Alistair: The only one I've ever met went by the full name. I love the name, but dislike Al. Dair can work, especially with the Alasdair spelling. Others: AB/Abe, Ali (pronounced like Muhammad Ali), Alex (since it's a form of Alexander), Alec, Lex, and Sasha
C: I would do Celi as sell-E more than Sally. I love Tessa. Others from the fn: Cel, Tine, and Esti. Others from the mn: Cat, Tali, Lina
N: I like Nico! Others: Cody, Deem
Edit: I removed the names, since you took them off your original post. Only left Alistair since you didn't seem to mind that one staying up
The only name I like from your list is Sebastian. Bash is a cute name that could stick throughout his life. I was watching a show last year about the Queen of Scotts and one of the supporting leads was Bash. I liked it.
Random commentary on nicknames: My nickname as a kid has stuck into adulthood. It's hard to change a nickname. I hated it throughout my teenage years but have grown to like it.
