Napping now and then having some friends over! I'm on Day 5 of super clean eating and I've lost 5 pounds! 10 more till pre baby weight!!!! Maybe I can do it before our upcoming FL trip in September.

1/2 c oatmeal 4 egg whites 4.5 oz chx/0.5 sweet potato 4.5 oz fish/1 cup veggies Then alternate between chx/fish and vege two more times 4.5 oz lean ground turkey/ 1 cup veges
6 meals spaced 2 hours a part. Drink one gallon of water daily, no salt.
I'm cheating by using 1 tbsp coffee creamer daily..
Also rvamama, do the diet strict for 3 days then you can add in a piece of fruit or a real egg or healthy fats like pb or avocado. It's only meant to be they strict for 3 days to help "reset" your cravings and such..
