No signal or Wi-Fi makes ice lonely. Tell me your life happenings so I can read them probably 3+ days from now despite me trying to read them in probably like an hour.
We are doing good. DS is so much fun right now. He remembers things and wants to tell me about his day. He's super into puzzles right now. We are going for his first haircut today. I think we might sign him up for soccer in the fall.
DD is sleeping a little better finally. Last night she went from 7 to 3:30. She is sitting up and playing with toys. We just started introducing solids and she can't get enough. Henry loves her and has started sharing his toys, which is a relief.
We are planning on moving in the next year. I just took the bar exam so that we can change states. Results come out in October.
Dealing with my mother is tough. We are looking at having her get a feeding tube ASAP because getting her to eat is very difficult and caring for her is a ton of work. I have been trying to help as much as I can, but it is very hard taking care of her and DS. Luckily, my sister is moving home next month, so while I feel bad that she is taking on a huge burden, it will be so much easier for us to help her rather than take on the brunt of care by myself when my dad has to go on the road to work.
DS has been working with a speech therapist for nearly two months and has made some very good progress. Still nowhere near close to where he should be, but it is very nice to see progress and to being able to better communicate with him. He is crazy physical and loves playing with big kids.
We are planning on TTC after 2 more cycles, so end of September. We are hoping for another summer baby, and I am getting pretty excited. I was very nervous last time, just about babies in general, so I am excited to be excited to be pregnant.
I'm doing okay, having typical ups and downs with my OH over the state of the house and chore division not helped when he doesn't see time with Max as work so feels I only work 22 hours a week. I've yet to kill him so its still good. My parents are moving closer to us in October if all goes well so that will be awesome. Not that they lived far before but now instead of a 30 min drive its a 5 min walk. My job is grating on me for various reasons but its a job and a well paying one with good benefits so I plan to stick it out for as long as possible and 10 months off will help (kinda). I'm not sure Max gets this whole baby thing yet but plenty of time yet and I'm sure once I have a proper bump he'll get it more. He's very bossy and very funny with it. He loves being out side but hates wellington boots so I think he's a bit broken there, are toddlers not meant to love them. He's still in to cars and anything on wheels. Pregnancy is going well and quickly and its another boy. Slightly disappointed would have like a girl as this is last baby ever (unless some major whoops happens or i go crazy). And not even 24 hours into knowing and I've already had a friend ask if we'll try a 3rd for a girl.
So yeah meet Fox (pretty certain this name will get side eyed but I do love it)
I'm doing well. It has been a crazy summer. I had a cardiac ablation two weeks ago. Unfortunately, she didn't get the spot well enough so I'm still having PVCs. She's hoping that it was enough to at least reduce the frequency of them. I meet with her in two weeks and then we will see how things are going.
We also are building a house that will be done in Oct. Our current house sold and we close in that in Sept. We plan on moving into a town home in a few weeks in between house closings.
DD is doing well. She's so fun. She says a lot of words. We had her birthday party a week ago and she just smiled when we all sang to her. It was pretty cute.

We're good. Getting ready for #2... He'll be along soon. I'm just about 37 weeks. I'm worried about how C will transition, but we'll get through it.
C is good. She officially turned 2 last week. She talks so much and within the past month has actually started playing for the first time in her life. It's really refreshing. I'm hoping it continues!! Within the past week or 2 she's started biting her nails. I'm anxious to ask about it at her WCV at the end of the month. She has her first full day at her new daycare this week. She's done really well with her half days and I'm SO happy with our provider. She's so sensitive and caring.

Hey!
I'm just back at work this week working from home. Both kids started daycare last Thursday and DS did well. He's such a chill baby. But of course since I'm actually working today he slept like crap last night. Ah well. Everything else is pretty good I will learn to live with the lack of sleep. We have figured out how to sleep in on weekends so that's nice! H takes DD downstairs, gives her breakfast and puts on Daniel Tiger then passes out next to her on the couch. I pull DS into bed with me and let him nurse and we nap together. We typically get to sleep in until 8:30 this way. Score!!
DS is super snuggly and he loves to be talked to. DD does great with him and she makes him laugh and smile. She is so smart and so busy. Our house is a constant tornado. H and I spent the entire weekend cleaning and it doesn't even look like it! We've pretty much given up on cleaning her room, it will end up a wreck within minutes anyway! We are enjoying our little family and have even found time to get work done around our property. We lost most of our chickens to a coyote so I went and bought 10 more. We now have the ten hens and two roosters. No eggs yet though. These are a bit younger than the ones we lost. We are going to build them a big permanent coop and then we are going to start on our pig pen. Lot's of projects but we are loving it.
I'm currently applying for new jobs since the company I'm a contractor for is still not able to hire me and it's been almost a year. I love working for them but I need the stability of being an employee and some PTO! Maternity leave without pay was tough for us. But I'm happy to be working in the meantime and hoping to get some interviews soon.
