I think our big decision is if we're sticking with the trend or not. Both of our names start with the same letter. And our sons happens to be the same also... Only cause we liked the name. Now we can't decide if we 'have to' stay with the same letter or let baby #2 be different then the rest of us lol.
I think that's completely up to you. My A friends were in that conundrum too when she was pregnant with number 2. I really thought she was going to go with Ivy but went with her A name instead.
We are going team green on this baby. It's too early for me to really seriously think about names. Once I know this babe is growing and healthy, and we get through the first trimester, maybe I'll get more serious about giving a name. Pgal brain sucks.

We're pretty stuck on Margot for a girl for some reason.
If it's a boy, we are going to have a real challenge. I like Charles (Charlie), Julian, and Graham, but they've all been nixed for mostly good reasons. (My DS is named Oscar, btw.)
My guilty pleasure names are all earthy: Forrest, Juniper, Luna, etc. I think ultimately we're too boring, though I would like to pick a name that's not too high on the charts.
My DD is Juniper and I love the name even more now than the day we named her. The nicknames are just too cute. She mostly goes by June, but I love Junie too.
My guilty pleasure names are Luna, Astrid and River. My daughter is named Georgia and I'm assuming we'll go for something traditional again with this babe (though I may push for River if it's a boy).
Our girl name is set, our boy first name is non-existent. We thought we had one but I nixed it since I can't overlook an association with that name. The middle name is the same for either baby, it's just a matter of do we spell it the feminine way or the masculine way. DS was named after DH's grandfather (first name) so baby #2 gets named after mine, but I don't like it as a first name so we're using it as a middle

@osw that's what I told DH. I just feel like we're having a boy lol. Which is what happened with DD. We only had a boy name agreed upon then found out she was obvs a she.

Everyone else says boy. I'm the only one that thinks girl.

We've only been talking girl names. It's totally going to be a boy, isn't it?
yep, probably lol. I wasn't (and still kinda not) sold on DS's name, only on our girls name, and he is very much a boy. We're at a loss on this one if its a boy and I'm convinced it's a boy. My H says that he thinks its a girl since I was convinced DS was a girl lol

I thought DD was a boy and DH and I had a great boy's name picked out. It took us forever to settle on a name for her. I think this one is a boy, too, but we can't use the boy name we had picked out originally (Tobias nn Toby) because it sounds too matchy-matchy with DD's nickname we always use (Lib.by).
I like this theory that if I'm agonizing over a girl name, it's going to be a girl. Gonna save me a lot of money on clothes!
My biggest problem is that I have too many girl names that I like and that the spouse will say yes too. We've narrowed it down to two but I could so see either fitting perfectly into our family.

@osw, mat21 is 10+ weeks, according to my doctor.
I knew my son was a boy, and I feel like this one is a girl. I have an ever so slight preference for girl this time, so I may be throwing things off. (Obviously I just want a healthy baby more than anything else.)

That's what I thought. Instagram ad lied to me lol.
