Hi loves...I know things are all over the place for all of us. I feel like we are loosing touch...let's all try and post a quick update and let's share something positive that's happened to you lately!

So for me...H and I have finally talked and are looking into DEgg pricing/info. I have an apt with the clinic we used for our 3rd IVF cycle on Wednesday. And the clinic we used for the first and second cycle has sent me info and I'm to make an apt when it arrives.

So for my positive news...I've been spending a lot of time at the animal shelter...about 5 days a week. It is so great and frees my mind of real life shitty shit. Who wouldn't want to hang with pups and kits and buns!!?

I'm actually getting more and more involved with the pups. I am not helping with evaluations and am working with members of the behavior team with some of the pups that need extra help.

AFM, started my second year of nursing school, only a little over a year to go! I graduate next December, it's going by really quickly. As for TTC, what was supposed to be our first IVF cycle in August was cancelled due to elevated E2 (cyst)and that super sucks because I cannot cycle again until December now due to my school/clinical schedule. So we're just biding our time and continuing natural cycles (lol). I might try to squeeze in a medicated TI cycle in before December if I can but I really feel like at this point anything short of IVF might be a waste.

4furrypaws, the fact that I only have a little more than a year of nursing school left and that it's going by quickly was supposed to be positive! Guess I should have emphasized that more. Lol!

Ahh I've been a bad 6+er these past weeks/months oopsie! But am all ready for some vodka and cheese, and will bring some of the awesome grappa my Italian neighbors brought us from their summer trip, too! cali , I'm sorry your IVF cycle had to be cancelled, how frustrating. I would be doing natural cycles too while you wait, it can't hurt things, right? I hope the rest of school goes by quickly for you!

AFM, we saw a new RE and are doing Tamoxifen TI cycles since Tamoxifen is supposed to build up the uterine lining, which the RE thinks will help my miscarriage issues. The first cycle was successful in that it helped my lining, but it didn't work out. We will try a few of those before moving on to something else. I'm pretty tired of this process already.

Good things that have been going on: we have a stray kitty who keeps coming by who is very sweet and friendly that I've enjoyed spending time/playing with. We might end up with a 3rd kitty this fall if I can't find him a home! We also have some small house reno stuff we're starting to work on which has been a fun distraction. Other than that, just enjoying the last of summer/lake time.

@miscari Ahhh grappa!!!! We brought some back from our Italy trip. That stuff is strong!!! Lol

grneyes I'm sure it's tiring, it all is. Yay lil cute kitty! And house projects are always good!
