I'm looking at replacing DD's seat b/c I hate the one she has and we are going to start booster training DS1 soon. I like the look and reviews on the Clek Oobr, and I found it on sale for $200. Does anyone have this or any clek seats? What's your experience?
I'm following. I've been considering the Foonf, but can't make up my mind.
We have had our foonf a little over a year now. It's great. I waited for them to go on sale on Amazon and got it for less than $300 so I would keep an eye on them there. As a side note my favorite thing about the foonf is that it doesn't matter what is spilt on it a baby wipe makes it look as good as new.

We have a Foonf in each car and when DD2 is out of her iKeyfit, she'll be getting Foonf too. I've been very happy with it. The only issue is that due to the height, it can be a little difficult to get a child in when rear facing, but it's not enough to turn me away.

Lots of IUI's and 3 IVFs later we have a daughter!

TTC #2 IVF #4 and an FET brought us DD #2 on St. Patrick's Day!

I'm many years away from boosters, but this is a very thorough review:

Depends on the age/height of your ds and vehicle. Do you have lower anchors available?
Lower anchors available, he's turning 5 and I have no idea his height. He's a bit tall for his age, tall enough for a booster, not crazy tall. We went and looked at the oobr, I really liked it, DH likes the new Chicco kidfit @ target. It is nice and $99.
I like the Oobr too, I was going to replace a seat that was in an accident. Unfortunately, my dd (8) is outgrown the Oobr. It's a bit on the short side for height, unfortunately. She's in the 95% for height, so just to give you a ballpark - if you think he'll be mature enough to sit correctly around 7/9, it's a decent seat. I don't know enough about the Kidfit yet, it's pretty new. If you like that style, I'd look at the Britax Parkway SGL, the secureguard clip is a very good idea for a newly 5 and new to boostering.
