I really liked the spirit of the Baby Brag post, but I'd love a weekly opportunity to brag, about babies sure, or parenting, or just whatever thing you're proud of right now. It doesn't have to be a "milestone" and it doesn't have to be big- this whole parenting thing is hard and often thankless, why not share the things you're proud of with N15 so we can all cheer each other on?
Anyone interested? Any objections? I'd be happy to run it as an informal check in!

Yesterday I caught DD2 pushing the kitchen stool across the floor walking behind it. She was so proud! Her walkers with wheels are too fast for her to keep up with yet though.

L gives open mouth kisses. The child is fearless too. He will dive at things, even when he is in the bathtub.
He loves water so I put him in swimming lessons. The instructors kept gushing about how comfortable he was in the water. Floating on his back, going under the water, and kicking like he has been in water since the day he was born.
Ophi started signing "more" and "all done" this week. It's incredible!
She is giving kisses too but they are wide open mouth. She also blows kisses, waves, claps, high fives, and dances.
She is so close to walking.
I cannot wait for DD to sign back to us. We work on it daily, but still nothing.
She gives huge hugs and open mouth kisses. She has discovered the recliner buttons on the couch, so that is funny. She went up the stairs with us last week. And otherwise she is crawling so fast and walking around things while holding on.
She is great with swim lessons. The instructors said she is the most advanced in the class. It's crazy that we push the babies under water to one another and last week we worked on her holding the edge (and I actually let go for a few seconds), and her jumping to me in the water. I love swim lessons with her.

We think W discovered her shadow this weekend, she keeps crawling around with her head down staring at the floor
We had friends over last night with their 10m old last night. She hasn't had a ton of time win other babies, so they were worried about her hurting the twins. She's definitely rougher and louder, so W was not too happy with her, but A was awesome! He's such a happy social baby right now, I'm so proud of him for holding his own!

E is just about ready to walk. She can stand unassisted for several seconds and lunges her body toward her target. Yesterday she was pushing her walker and there was an obstacle in her way. She popped a wheelie with it and ran it over.
She used to give me slobbery open-mouth kisses, but she stopped that awhile ago. I'm waiting for more kisses! I caught her kissing her FP dog yesterday when she thought I wasn't paying attention
E is also clapping, but not palms together. It's a weird slapping motion but it gets the point across.
We getting tons of kisses and a sort of hug to. DH loves to blow raspberries on his neck, and DH said that he tried doing it to him. He is becoming quite a playmate with DD, sitting with her and they were caught playing with dolls together. He is standing on his own for up to a minute at a time, and he will grab anything he can push, and push it through the house. He also has mastered eating anything and everything
Ellie's standing on her own and walking more and more. She eats everything and uses her sippy on her own. I get lots of hugs. She's started mimicking syllables bottle=bob bob, ball=bob. She's also started throwing tantrums when she doesn't get her way. She follows simple commands like, "give this to daddy." Oh, she claps along to "if you're happy and you know it."

Allie says "yay", "dadda" and "mama". She's really been getting in to sorting things this past week.
Physically, her PT wouldn't be surprised if she still qualifies for another year of PT once her first year is up in about a month. Which is kind of a bummer. But we'll see.

He started clapping this week and also is able to stand unassisted for a good 15-20 seconds. He always has the biggest smile when he discovers that he can do something new.
Hi guys! I've been in creepy lurker status for too long! I miss it here!!!! So excited tons eehey everyone's LO progressing so well!
Baby-saurus is on a streak! He is learning so much, so fast! This week, he has taken unassisted steps! But plops down as soon as he realizes he's on his own. Lol. He can run through the house if he's holding onto something though, so we're just waiting for his confidence to get there.
He also started clapping! Out of nowhere he just started clapping! It's so cute. We tried teaching him how to clap around 7 months, but like with waving, he would just make a tight fist. Lol. So he got this all on his own :-)
And sharing. My sweet little saurus thinks it is the funniest thing to share food with Mom and Dad. If you ask him for a bite, he just holds whatever he has right up to your mouth! Sometimes we have to be careful though bc he can try to share when we aren't paying attention. Then you just get soggy cookie shoved into your mouth or face. Lol
