So we had B's 2 month appointment. I'm a little overwhelmed. What else is new. She is concerned about his sleep at night (duh thanks), and he has a flat spot and torticollis on his left side. I don't understand how because I never put this damn kid down. So we have a PT evaluation at CHOP next month.

I finally get E asleep in his crib. He's passed out (or so I think) for about 30 min when I go in to check on him. His pacifier fell out and is lodged between his neck and chin all weird. I move it, and of course he wakes up screaming. He has slept for maybe 45 minutes since his shots this morning. Shouldn't he sleep all day? Come on kid. Trying to get him down now, but I'm sure his big brother will wake up moments after he's asleep.
I totally won at mom-ing yesterday. Not so much today. Today has been a day filled with early wake ups, pee in bed, spit up in bed, toddler being a jerk. I was ready to call it a day at 8:30am. These are the days where I hate my husband who gets to go to work bc his days seem so easy and pleasant compared to mine.

melody330 torticollis can just be from how they were positioned in the womb. Sorry you're dealing with it. I hope the PTs can give you some good stretches to do that fix it right up.

Cluster feeding again tonight. Definitely in a growth spurt. I swear clothes that fit her two days ago suddenly are too small. New meaning to "growing overnight".

My Grandparents-in-law took us out to dinner. The whole way to the restaurant my H was saying we were heading straight home after and not going to their house. I gave him the "yeah, right" look. The first thing Grandma says to our 4yo is that she has presents and dessert at her house after dinner. So now we have to go over there. In a stroke of luck, the baby got tired and I got to go home. Now DH and DD are at his Grandparents'. I'm laying around at home, drinking wine, nursing the baby, and watching Netflix. Yes!!!
R is almost 3 months. He took his first two flights last weekend and was a champ. Here he is visiting grandma (who broke everything in a cycling accident)
And here he is in his new carrier, which I made:
Can you guess what R is going to be for Halloween?
mugster you made that!? How cool! It looks so good! Was it hard to make?
The pattern (sew toot - little pick me up) was really straightforward. The hard part was sewing through the foam and the straps. My sewing machine really objected. But it was fun, and I love it. I made the smallest size and it fits R so well. I plan to make another one in the standard size... maybe doctor who themed
So, in addition to J having strep both of the kids also have HFM. This week has not been kind to me. This is from last week, but i dont know if i have anything newer right now.
