Intro: I win! (Might be the oldest)

Hi all, I'm a May15 lurker as we have just started TTC again in the last couple of months. I will be, (gulp) 42 in December - briefly reading some of the intros - does that mean I win? Am I the oldest? I never win anything!!! Lol

I'm fairly new so I don't know how old everyone is, but I am turning 40 at the end of this month! I will say you have good birthday months. I have a May14 and a Dec15 baby. Welcome and good luck!

I was 43 when I started here and 2 days into 45 by the time DS2 arrived. (Little stinker just couldn't be bothered to arrive while I was still 44!) But @becky007 had me beat by a year when she was still active and had her DD. I think she is the all time oldest. I'm not up on who all the current 40's somethings are but 40-something motherhood rocks!

Ha I finally get on and see the this. Lol lol. How are you? I was what...46? I'm 48 now and Mia will be 20 months on the 27th. I used donor eggs though but not regretting being an older mom! Take care 😃 I hope I got this quote thing right.

Totally lurking but hello Becky and the older crew - I'm "only" 39, and my DD is 13 months. We are planning to have a second but want to wait a little bit more. Partly because it's so nice with the 3 of us (by nice I mean we can semi-function!) and partly because we want to move out of NYC and would like to time pregnancy/birth outside the city, but have another year or so of work related prep. Anyway that's a long winded hello but I just lurked on this board for the first time in a while. Will poke back from time to time. I'm still waiting for my period actually! Nice not It having it.

TTC is the hardest period of a woman life. I was also trying to conceive from a long time. But had no luck with TTC. Although i conceived for 3 times but the miscarriages were in fate. My first husband left me and i was totally broke. Than i was in depression quitting my job and staying up last night. Now i am at an age of 43. I am going to be married again. I have told my husband everything about my complications regarding pregnancy. He is still willing to marry me. He says that he has consulted some good clinics regarding surrogacy and we will go for surrogacy to have a child. I had many complications regarding pregnancy. Now i am happy i have someone to support me. I have read about surrogacy from many people on this forum. People here have shared their stories of TTC. They also have shared their success stories of Surrogacy. I am now trying to know the experience of people about surrogacy. If someone has a recent experience of surrogacy than kindly share with me your experience. Thanks in advance.

You are really lucky to be pregnant at this age. At this age factor most of the people are trying to have baby from some other method.

I joined this forum long ago.I like to read the stories of different people.Its been a very long time.I feel happy after reading successful stories of different people.

I'm also infertile.But i had to go for surrogacy.We firstly moved to Europe form Japan.Surrogacy is ban in Japan so we moved there.We stayed in Europe for 4 months.We contacted clinics in Europe.My husband didn't liked them.Than we moved to Ukraine.As we heard alot about the clinics in Ukraine so we moved there.There we found a very good clinic.The clinic found a good surrogate for us.The surrogate is pregnant with our twin dolls.We are so happy.We are so happy that we will have our own kids now,We are so thankful to the clinic and surrogate.
