Get yourself some Sarna lotion (the original kind with menthol, not the itching kind) it's wonderful. I slathered myself in that before bed and then knocked myself out with Benadryl. Icpcare.org has a FB group for moms with ICP that's an awesome place for info, and to complain about the itching.
@catdog72 I'm sorry that you arebin limbo. I know the last thing you need right now is any further stress. Please try to rest if at all possible, and accept help from anyone who offers. With that said, please let us know how we can help you. We will set up grocery and food delivery so you don't have to shop or cook.

Sending so many positive vibes your way! I had the intense itching as well and they brought me in for testing immediately. I remember being so scared because of how serious they took the itching. I posted about it on my bmb and lauranicole91 had some great insight because she had it. Mine turned out to be hormones but either way my doc recommended taking benadryl to help sleep. Make sure they test you more than once because the numbers can spike over.night and they could miss what they're looking for. You're in my thoughts.

Oh, girl. I'm so sorry you are going through this. Waiting is the worst but I'm hoping nothing but good news for you.
I had Pupps which is not the same but Grandpa's Pine Tar soap was the most magical thing to stop itching. It basically cured my Puppps and people swear by it for all itching. You can get it at GNC. Do you have one nearby? Otherwise I can Amazon Prime you some that will be here by Monday, lmk. I would also put cool wet washcloths all over my body. It felt amazing.

@catdog72 if I remember, I itched first and then the rash showed up and spread everywhere. It was super attractive. It's also more common in boy pregnancies for some reason.
I had never heard of this until a girlfriend called the doc after googling about her hands itching, and she had it and they induced her (she was 39 weeks) and everything was fine. She said the same thing that she was so glad she had googled a random symptom.
I'm glad your doctor is on top of it and thinking of you.

So glad that others with this condition are at hand to reassure you that their babies are healthy and well... and that you recognized this was not normal itchiness. That said, I hope you make it through this weekend with support and ideas to help quell the intensity. Hoping your levels are good- but either way you sound prepared for whichever way it goes-- you are in the home stretch!

I had pupps as well and used pine tar soap. Smelled a little funny but as Cher said it basically stopped the itching. Good luck Monday.
