Sorry for everyone having a rough day. I'm stuck in nap time hell. Ds1 was awake and scream/singing Pete the Cat songs for an hour and a half before passing out. It was cute for five seconds....but DNW to hear a two year olds rendition of groovy buttons over and over and over lol.
Of course B was asleep in his crib the whole time. As soon as DS1 fell asleep B woke up. Two hours later B falls asleep and no sooner than B's eyes flutter - DS1 wakes up at an 11. I just need to shower dudes!

Hugs and wine for everyone having a rough day!
I'm just feeding L and then we're heading home. Spent the day cleaning the cottage and packing up. So much work. But worth it when we come back in May!

Sorry roccobabyk. Potty training can be so confusing and frustrating. I too don't think kids have to show signs. Before we trained my older son, he had sat on the potty exactly twice naked and never peed. He showed very little interest but then got trained so easily. I'd say you can either keep going or take a break - I think either option should be fine. I personally am a rip the bandaid type of person when it comes to parenting and would keep going strong.
willow, big hugs. Have you thought about joining a mom's group or a stroller workout class or mommy and me yoga? I found that in those types of situations, no one else cares when a baby cries. And most other moms are super understanding and non-judgmental and want to help. So it's a way to get out of the house with other adults and not have to panic when your baby cries.

willow I second this. After I had DS1, I saw an ad at the post office for a local baby songs class, and signed up. Through the moms there I heard about another local baby group and playgroups, all run by community services. I made a group of mom friends through these groups and everybody is so understanding and helpful when the babies cry. It's so good to get out of the house, and I get adult interaction during the day!
