I wish I was well enough to drink a glass! My nose is so stuffed I probably wouldn't taste it. Dh has a man cold, kill me. At least Ryan is going to daycare for a little bit this morning
Married 10/10/10! TTC Baby #1 since April 2014 BFP Oct 16 - EP terminated Nov 6 2014 Off the Bench January 2015! BFP #2 June 1 2015 - EDD Feb 12 2016! Baby Boy born 15th February 2016!
Morning! I'm working today but have a hair appt in the middle of my day, so I'm excited for that! I have highlights right now but I think I'm going to go back to all over dark brown and a long inverted bob.

That's exciting! I need to make an appointment to get mine done too - I think it's been at least a year if not two at this point ...
In sad news, I think I officially have to downsize bras. Bye-bye awesome pp boobs!
Along that vein ... most ladies are wearing the wrong size bra ... measure yo'self!
I was a little disappointed to find that nobody really sells my size though ... but thank goodness for sister sizes!
My pp boobs were 28FFs, but my most recent measurements put me at a 28D. Sad sad. I mean, they still probably head in the FF direction when DD hasn't eaten in ages or I didn't have time to pump ... but mostly they're smaller these days.
I'm not stocking up though, because I'm sure post weaning will be yet another shrinkage. Boo.

I think it has been 2 years since I have had a haircut. I keep meaning to do it but I have no time. Also I hate getting my hair cut.
And it was such a life-changer when I realized how wrong my bra size was. I had been wearing something like a 38DD and I knew it wasn't right, went to the specialty bra store, and walked out with a bunch of 34Gs. Instant back relief!
Also, boobs are stupid and I get really tired of carrying them around all the time.

Enjoy your haircut, chocolate! I want a long inverted bob but I'm lazy and can't do haircuts that need to be styled in order to look good. (or really, anything that's not a pony tail with Mr. Grabby)

Speaking of boobs and changing boobs!
TTMA: A nursing bra that actually lifts your boobs a bit! A lot of my fall wardrobe is striped (?) and I'm realizing the sag struggle is real and apparent. Help. I keep trying to tighten the straps on my bras, but all that does it make it ride up in the back.

DH and I finished our Whole30 yesterday. Weighed myself for the first time since day one and discovered I lost 11 pounds in 30 days! I'm through the roof feeling good about myself. To celebrate, we had some soda my mom left from her visit. Between the sugar and caffeine, I feel jacked up this morning! Definitely won't be going back to soda, but it's nice to have a treat at the end of this journey. Dinner plans are pizza, beer, and ice cream cake. I'm ridiculously excited, haha. Tomorrow we go back to eating 50-75% clean for the foreseeable future.
I had to go down in bra size a week or two ago. It's a very sad day to go from marvelous milk boobs to saggy mom tits.
Also, fwiw I hate the sister size thing. It works, yes, but only in one direction. And the bra people don't take that into account when they tell you what to buy. Say you're on the tightest setting in 34C but there are none in stock. You could do a 32D just fine, but a 36B is going to be way too loose around your ribs. Band size is just as important as cup size. Ugh, rant over, sorry.

piperhalliwell , that's awesome!! You SHOULD feel great about yourself! You were impressively dedicated to W30. I'm so glad you got great results and are feeling good about yourself. You rock!
I still have my glasses on because I'm trying to believe that I will nap with him this morning, and he will not stop staring at me. "Mommy looks different. What is this sorcery?!"
Anybody else like to come up with what your kid is thinking? My H and I do this often, "talk" for him. Is this strange? Haha

I became somewhat obsessed with bra sizing post DD1. I had the hardest time finding a nursing bra that fit so I spent a lot of time researching bras. Yes, I'm weird and I know it.

Your band is probably too loose. If you have a nordstrom nearby they can measure you and for a small fee they can convert any regular bra they sell into a nursing bra. I personally have a Cake Lingerie Croissant bra. Mine is actually a cup size too small but works. www.amazon.com/dp/B00DNRTX46/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_On4bybWFTGTW3

I'm at the dr, waiting to be seen for my back. Ugh. I'm so annoyed that it got this bad. I haven't been to the dr besides being pregnant or well checks in YEARS. I broke my back, and my healthy streak.

Ugh DS woke up at 5:30. Actually I accidentally woke him up when I got up to pee. Apparently I need to work on my ninja mom skills.
I took DD to see the doctor about her ear infection. He wrote a prescription for it. I took it to the pharmacy then got my groceries as it was supposed to get filled. But it turns out he prescribed something that is apparently not used for ear infections anymore according to the pharmacist. Soooo they have to call the doctor's office at 1 to talk to him. Odd.
Ugh I cut my arm (not badly but it stings after washing it) stopping myself from falling down the stairs. I also pulled the top part of the baby gate out of the wall so now that has to be fixed.
DS is whining a lot. It's unpleasant to listen to. He's getting over a cold and cutting 2 teeth so I know he's uncomfortable, but it's giving me a headache and making me crabby. Maybe we'll go for a walk this afternoon just to get out

chocolate, i have a hair cut today too and I have no clue what i want. my hair is almost to the small of my back. and miss grabby pants gets her fingers all tangled in it. My hair is super fine, straight, and has no body or anything. i want to chop it off but somehow i think that will be more work than being able to throw it in a mom bun or pony. hmm. Cant wait to see what yours looks like!

What med was it?
I have no idea, I couldn't read the doctor's writing, and they kept the slip at the pharmacy for when they called the office. I should be hearing back soon, since it's 1:30 now

Thank you, guys! I found it much easier to completely deprive myself rather than try to have any moderation in my diet. I will very likely do this again in January if anyone wants to consider joining in then. It just amazes me how much better I felt overall. More energy, no afternoon slump, really enjoying healthy foods, etc. I completely realized I don't need so many things in my diet that I originally thought I'd die without. Now sugar, I'm happy to be able to have again. The thought of ice cream cake later is making this whole day worth it. Or maybe that's the two beers I had at lunch with coworkers...
tkford216, I am always talking for L or pretending like I know what she is thinking. No shame. Also she looks at me like I'm an alien when I don't have my glasses on as I usually wear them, so I can totally understand that.
