Cadence was laying on the couch watch videos on my phone.
C: who wants to get me my milk?
Me: your milk is right there on the table
C: I'm really busy right now, someone needs to get it for me

L copies us a lot and talks to his brother like we talk to them. The other day he told D to do something and D yelled "no!" L replied "excuse me??!" And then told me "D is not listening to me!" It's too funny. And reminds me to watch how I talk to then since I'll be seeing it repeated!

When we first taught ds his name, he thought we were joking about his middle name. He still thinks it's hilarious 😂.

Eta he thinks dd middle name is funny too, I think he doesn't understand the concept of middle names yet.

S's middle name is grace. H says "grapes".

Yesterday as we got out of the car at the sitter's, T noticed her husband's truck has a tow hitch. He goes "look mom, Joe has a hooker."

Playing with the grow in water sponges. You know, the things in a plastic pill that when submerged in water turn into little sponges. These ones are different bugs.

Me: I think that's supposed to be a stick bug.
C: I am a dick, I am a dick!
Me: No, STick!
C: yeah, dick dick dick!

Clearly, we still need to work on her S sounds.

vinolove my friend's son would regularly tell her about conversations he had with his grandfather who died 5 years before he was born. And he knew details about him that she didn't think he would have known. It was both creepy and amazing

He stopped around 4.5 years old.
