DH and I are considering doing IVF with PGD in a year or so to prevent the same blood incompatibility issues from happening again with any future pregnancy, but I want some information about other experiences.
Technically speaking we don't have any fertility issues, so I wasn't sure about checking out any of the infertility boards here on TCF to ask for info - unless those of you who have been there on those boards think I might be welcome there? I know infertility can be a really sensitive topic, and I want to respect others' feelings about it.
I think as long as you're respectful of board etiquette there's nothing wrong with posting there. You're going through IVF and that's the board to be on. I hope you're able to get some answers. Good luck.
That board is the best place to get information on IVF protocols and testing options. As long as you are respectful and use the proper trigger warnings (loss and living children especially) I'm sure they would be happy to answer your questions.
fikafairy67 I did IVF with PGS, but have an infertility diagnosis. I would be willing to talk about it, just let me know what questions you have tag me because I've been staying away from the boards a little more lately. ((Hugs))

Good luck to you. I hope the procedure works out. Just make sure that the doctor you visit is experienced. Therefore, do your research on it. Look whether they have a high success rate or not. Other than that also see the services and the packages they are offering. That also matters a lot. I do that through research on their website. The clinic I know about also holds online sessions as well. These are really helpful! These help in explaining everything properly. They also offer reasonable packages. Like VIP and the Standard package. If you need more information let me know.
It's totally fine to post here. You just have to respect and that is it. I myself am opting for IVF. For the process, there are a few things that my friend told me I should be looking into. Firstly, she said to make sure the clinic you visit is operating at a high success rate. She said the doctors should know how to carry the process out. Other than that during the process consider getting acupuncture done. I hope your process is a success.
