No sickness yet which is messing with my head! But I definitely have felt exhausted and little cramps here and there and boy oh boy the bloat is real. Sleeping has been an issue for me too! Seeing all these posts make me feel so much less alone with everything. My husbands a man and therefore doesn't understand and no one even knows I'm pregnant aside from him and one of my sisters in law...who actually referred me to this thread 😁 I'm so glad we can all be in this together and share our experiences!!!

akraus2015 omg that is too funny! My sister in law is in another birth month ☺️ but she's had some really hard pregnancies and 3 miscarriages and she only had wonderful things to say about the support she felt here!

I've had 2 losses also. This is a great support community! Who is she? (Screenname)

TMI time- the constipation has hit and it's the worst! I don't remember it starting this early last time but I dread pooping because it's so painful. This is going on my list for my first doc visit. Colace doesn't cut it. I've been taking some extra magnesium but I'm not sure about the safety of using it this way... I need help!
Anyone else dragging their feet through their workday? I do not feel like a functioning human today and the insomnia was real last night!
Yes 2 PM hits and I can't function. I fall asleep at my computer and can't function in meetings. It's awful.
It's still before noon where I am and I work with kids so I'm trying to be attentive and engaged but all I can think about is flopping onto my bed with Netflix!

Try Miralax. Colace is just a softener, not a laxative. I hope it gets better for you!

I thought we weren't supposed to take laxatives. I suppose I could go ahead and call the doctor before my appointment. I also ordered some prunes. Hoping those will help!

I haven't heard that. Last time I was told to use Miralax if constipation was an issue. You can always call your doctor and ask. I ate a lot of popcorn...no Miralax was needed.

Re: constipation.
I suffer from it severely even not pregnant. My OB said not to eat apples, they slow down digestion. But mangoes help. She said miralax was fine as well.
I drink half caf coffee in the morning and it always helps too

Weird. Apples seemed to help with my first pregnancy. Now for some reason my teeth are crazy sensitive and I'm having trouble eating them. I do have some dried mangos though that are super yummy!
