We have DDs ballet class and then her dr appt today, and haunted Halloween hangar this evening so she can do halloween with her bestie since the stupid holiday had to fall on a Monday this year.
I just finished a huge project at work yesterday. I would like to say that I'm taking the weekend to relax but we will really be catching up on the housework we have been neglecting. We also have to carve our pumpkins and plant garlic.
Sounds yummy teraiin! k3am glad for no fever! Hope everything goes well at the doctor. Sounds like you have a busy and fun day planned! fishbulb I know the feeling of trying to decide between housework and relaxation. Maybe work one day and relax the other?
We also need to carve pumpkins. But MH is at a conference so I'd be doing it solo. It may just not happen this year.
We have a wedding to go to this evening, then a 3 hour drive solo with the kids to my hometown for my nephews 2nd bday party tomorrow. It's a hectic weekend for sure!

We are packing the kiddos up and going to the Halloween celebration at the comic shop and then to Kohl's to spend some Kohl's cash that was given to us. Then my friend who is moving away for her state archivist job is coming over to play some games before she leaves next week.

I really wanted to do some Halloween photos with DS sitting in a pumpkin. All month I think: Oh, I've got time! Ha! Never fails that I procrastinate a little too long! Now I'm thinking I should just wait until after Halloween and I could probably get a big pumpkin for cheap

DS has a cold so he hasn't rested well and is extra clingy today. DD has a birthday party and then we have a reception for DHs sister as they kind of eloped a few months ago.
I survived the all nighter! I came home around 6 and got a few hours of sleep but I'm anxious for Ry to take his morning nap cause I'm dragging 😴 So much coffee today ☕️
We have a Halloween party tonight but that's about all
Good morning! We are on day 2 of potty training with the toddler. He's doing good. No accidents, but he still won't tell me when he has to go, he'll only go when the timer goes off. Baby steps, I guess. We have plans to carve a pumpkin and then decorate another pumpkin with a Dory kit we got from Target.
We are on a little over a week of potty training and she still doesn't tell us most of the time. But according to the Oh crap potty training book that's normal. It takes them a while. She recommends focusing on how they signal that they need to go. DD will grab herself and look up with this "uh oh" face! Sometimes she just goes and sits on her own accord.

H is building a compost bin and I'm doing random things around the house this morning. After nap we are going to the festival at their daycare and then football.
DS went down great for his morning nap! Yay! 30 minutes in, DH sets off the smoke alarm attempting to cook bacon... Not yay. DH was attempting to get DS back to sleep. But it must not have been going very well cause I hear some sort of video sound over the monitor!
.... And now there's daddy and baby laughter up there. I want to be irritated, but shit that's cute!

We've been at it for over a year and he still won't tell me. He goes poo by himself but pee is still a major issue if I don't make him go. My friend who's daughter has been potty trained for over two years says she still won't tell her if she has to go.
I'm just catching up on house work today. H took ds1 to his parents to run around while he puts on the snow tires. We're going there for dinner to see some family friends.
Tomorrow we'll carve our pumpkins and decorate the front of the house.
Well, the pedi is NOT concerned about the bumps. But he has no idea what they are. He suggested that they've always been there. Nope, they haven't. I run that kids head on a regular basis and would have noticed.

Hmm I'm not sure how much I would like the "im not concerned but idk what it is" answer not that it's the doctors fault really. Does he want to see you back if they don't go away? Or if more appear?

Weird about those bumps k3am. I wonder what they are?
We have a quiet weekend. DH is working all weekend so it's me and the nanny with the kids. We had a Halloween party yesterday. We need to carve our pumpkin too.
