I took the kids to their Christmas photo session today. They looked so freakin cute all dressed up. Yes, girls have cute dresses and hair accessories but little suspenders and bow tie I can hardly stand it. Now to wait to get them back...
Mine are mostly down to two naps most days. Sometimes they have an early nap when we're out and those days they might have three. Naps are mostly 30 min - 1 hour, sometimes longer. However, they are either on me, in the stroller, or in their car seat. I have to figure out how to get both babies down in their beds with a 3 year old running around. They do sleep 10-12 hours in their beds at night with 1-2 wake-ups.
^^ Along these lines, how many naps are our F16 babies taking these days?
DD is a terrible napper. Yesterday was freakish and she took three naps, mostly she takes two, and it's not that rare that she only takes one. Unless I'm napping with her, she gets about an hour- 1.5 hours cumulatively if it's a "good" day.
Just catching up on tcf from the day. He takes two naps, morning and afternoon. On good days they are 1.5 hours each. On bad days, 30-45 minutes.
I wanted to whiten my teeth tonight with my new glo whitening thing my dentist gave me after all the teeth talk. Turns out I have to charge it for 4 hours so it looks like it's not happening until tomorrow.
I bought a heater for his room so we can stop heating the entire house at night and killing our energy bills. Came today. It's got a digital temperature thing. I'm excited.
Out of curiosity, how warm do you keep your baby's room? (Or house if it's all the same)

I set the heater in H's room at 70 or 71 (I can't remember for sure). We keep the house set at 69 at night. I haven't gotten the heater out yet to put in her room this fall.

Same heater temp here. We let the rest of the house go down to 65 though.

Last night it got down to 66 because we turned the heat off since it's been in the high 60s/low 70s during the day. It's a little cold to wake up to. DH and I love a cold room but the little people not so much.

We let it get that cold, but we also have a programmable thermostat that we tell to make the house warm for when we wake up! This reminds me that I need to change it to my new earlier wakeup as I don't need more reasons to want to stay snuggled under blankets!

Do you like to sleep in this cold or does it really save money or something?

MH is super hot natured and loves the cold. I like blankets, so it works out. Definitely necessitates a heater in the kids' room though.
That being said, we live in the South and don't have to deal with cold temps for all that long.
Thanks for tagging me, I'm still alive (but barely these days?). Having two is kicking my ass, especially since with DS1 some sort of switch flipped and he is all sorts of a handful. Like the other day he pulled out DS2's arm out from under him yesterday when he was crawling just to mess with him.
Hope things with 2 girls are going easier on your end!

Hi!!!! Miss you! Toddlers be crazy all over. H bit S on the arm for absolutely no reason on Friday so that's how it's going at our house.

Today C ran over L with an umbrella stroller on purpose. Like, right over her whole body. Jerks.
