I did 21 day fix in September and could have probably continued working out pretty hard but I didn't and I'm still not sure what's allowed and not. I'm going to ask DH for prenatal yoga classes for Christmas.

I have been seeing a personal trainer for about 7 months so I will continue to see him once a week. I find when I get a cramp or something I just want to rest forever.

I walked 1 mile with LouDog today. I'm thinking I'll keep it down to that and maybe some morning yoga until my first appointment when I can talk with my doctor.
I had gotten really bad about not working out after I went back to work after DD. I had just started walking so I'm stocking to that.
Mommy Trainer has free videos for pregnancy, post-partum and everyone else on YouTube or you can like her on facebook. She has meal plans too, but I don't know if I could stick with it right now.
I have pretty much stopped doing anything other than walking. PgAL brain is making it really hard for me. Also being tired all the times doesn't help. I'd love to start taking prenatal yoga though.

This is where I'm at too. I was hoping some exercise might help the fatigue and caffeine withdrawal. :/
I'm going to second what PP said that I've always been told to continue do whatever you were doing pre-pregnancy. If you weren't doing hardcore exercising before, don't all of a sudden pick it crossfit. But if that's what you were doing before, there's no harm in continuing doing so (unless instructed by your dr obv)
That being said, I was using the bike and small weights for my arms before I got this BFP. I haven't had time or energy to work out since finding out, but plan on continuing that soon.

My doctor told me to continue everything I was doing before except for hot yoga. So I've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week though my pGAL brain is making me tone things down even though I haven't been told to do so. It just makes me very nervous that something I could do would end up in heartbreak for m...it's so hard to get out of your own head sometimes.
My pgal brain is in full force which is making me want to lie down and not move for the next 8 months, but I KNOW I need to exercise.
What are you doing for exercise?
Anyone up for a thread/check-in/challenge?
The kids and I have been riding bikes everyday. We just started over the weekend because I just got a wagon to put the baby in. C rides if her brother is coming along so we can go faster. We've been doing 2 rides a day The first C rides her tricycle so we go super slow then before supper we go again.

I am thinking about doing some YouTube videos. I know there are some specifically for KU ladies but anyone have any they like? I am up for something more challenging and the ones I did during my last pregnancy were way too easy.
