There are also dangers of cosleeping. We didn't start that way, but the 4 month regression kicked my ass. Jo and I have been spooning ever since.
Our wasn't too bad. It was the 8 month one, which lasted two full months. It was awful. The 6 week fussiness was also extremely brutal. Bru. Tal. I think we coslept that whole week
I'm not due until 4/29, so I won't start picking nursery stuff until we do the AS. Even then, I won't have a nursery to decorate until the spring. I'm going to live vicariously through a lot of you, basically lol
ourcrazynavylife DD slept in a bassinet in our room until about 5-6 months old, then she got moved into a crib in her own room. A full year would not be conducive to our sanity.
I bought two rock n plays for an amazing deal. So they MIGHT sleep in those in our room at first? Otherwise I'll have H bring one of the cribs in our room and the twins will share until they start rolling and then we'll move them into their room.
Is this safe? Did someone post something about dangers of babies sleeping in the RnP?
It is not technically recommended. However, very few people make it few the first few months doing only what is technically recommended. And of course, there is also risk to the baby if the caregivers are too tired to drive etc carefully.

I have also heard about the dangers of rnp sleeping, but my kids both slept in it until about 4ish months. This one will too. I was more comfortable with the small incline than I was them laying completly flat on their back. Neither of my kids ended up with the flat heads either but I do know that does happen alot.

Ahhhh I haven't looked in here yet. The nurseries are looking so fantastic!
We live in a two bedroom condo, so baby will be going in toddler's room. We need to make some changes, so I'll take pictures when I do. His room is super cute, so I think she'll like it too.
I think our goal is 6 months for having her in our room. Our son made it MAYBE 3 before we moved him. But I'm worried about the two of them in there together. My toddler is so mischievous; I can't imagine him alone in a room with a baby right now. I'm hoping when he's 3 or so, I'll trust him more.
