Morning today is Emanuel syndrome day. One of our marchies was born with this. Not much is know but trying to spread the word so more research can be done.
I really dislike oatmeal. But that's the only thing I have in my desk to eat. I may have to sneak out and get a biscuit. A loves bread. If it's bread she'll eat it. Thankfully she eats other symtuff too. For LG bread is just an acceptable vehicle for eating butter. I'm done with work for this week, in my head at least. I have lots to do at home. Laundry, Thanksgiving, pictures to take. Oh and plan Black Friday shopping! FX we get out early tomorrow.
No one seems to sell coconut milk around here so our trip to walmart is quickly turning into a wild goose hunt. Boo. And i made an appt for P to see an allergist next tuesday.
E loves the butter off the bread more then anything.
Bread is just a vehicle for toppings. Crackers too. We had goat cheese and crackers for cocktail hour other other day, and girlfriend just kept licking the cheese of her cracker and handing it back to us to get more goat cheese. Yuck to soggy crackers.
She also threw most of her Thanksgiving dinner on the floor saying "Nooooo, noooo, nooo" on Sunday afternoon. The she hoovered up the leftovers last night for dinner. So it seems to be less about the actual food and more about her ability to say what she wants.
ruemorgan I feel like some things in America should just be consistent. Lol!
Re: bread +1 to it being an avenue for butter. If f even glimpses a butter container/stick she throws a fit for a lick! I should start hiding it in other containers.
Nothing exciting to report today. I have a plan to go home and clean the bathroom so it's off the list for thanksgiving.
I still have a headache but forgot my BP cuff at home today. Blurgghhh
ruemorgan I forgot to respond to your question about how weaning is going. It's not. I haven't started yet. Trying to decide if this long weekend would be a great time to try, or opposite. But if I try this weekend then at least I have 4 sleeps to work with her.
I started to really not feel good at work and my head is hurting SO bad so I came home, took BP and it's freaking high. 158/95 so, I restarted my BP meds and am resting in bed. Can someone please come hand me the remote?!

Work is slow. I got a ton accomplished last week, so this week is a breeze. But now I'm really, really bored.
So far, I got my new phone up and running. Everything is transferred over and working as it should. I bought a case and screen protector for my phone, and purchased boots for my little boy. That's the last thing from his list, so he's good to go. A colleague split him with me, so she got him a bouncer, clothing and diapers.
Annnnnnd now I've run out of things to occupy myself.
So both kids are coughing. Not acting any different but this is day two of occasional coughs and sneezes. I'm praying it doesn't actually get any worse than this.
Aaaaand one of the cats has an eye infection so of course he's hiding from me and my antibiotic ointment. Sorry bro. You're not spreading your diseases through this house.
I have no money for holiday leggings, I have no money for holiday leggings, I have no money for holiday leggings, I have no money for holiday leggings... Must. Stay. Off. Facebook!

*Lurking*.
Have you checked at HEB? I'm pretty sure there's one around where you are now... Also, I'm so excited for your family to be together again!!!
yes! I ended up finding it at HEB (almost $1.50 more expensive, sheesh!). Side question: Is it pronounced "heb" or do you say each letter H-E-B? And thanks girl!
TheTuna15, trying to put eye cream in the cats eye sounds like fun. I hope all of your sick babies get better soon. And now I have the baby cold. Thanksgiving should be fun. At least it's just us and my in laws this year. I usually cook for 10-12 people. My parents went to visit my grandmother.
