1. My back hurts so bad lately, it's not one particular spot, it seems to move, I think it's because the baby is gaining weight and I am definitely showing now, so my posture is changing.
2. I LOVE green bean casserole. 😍 3. This year 7 of us are going out to eat, to an ice restaurant that throws a buffet. I am so excited about it. No cooking, no cleaning, just relaxation all day. 4. The nursery is coming along, it's been a process but it's happening. 5. I'm exhausted today, can't think of any more.
Me: 31 Wife: 30. Legally married 2008, thanks CA! TTC #1 since 11/14 using donor sperm. IUIs Jan-Aug 2015 BFN Sept & OCT 2015 added Femara. BFN Saw RE December 2015. IUI with Clomid & Trigger Jan 2016 BFN IUI #13 with Follistim April 2016 BFFN IVF #1 July 2016. 14R, 10F, 6 Day 5 embryos. 4 PGS normal embabies!
1. This week seems so weird to me. It has felt like Friday all week - and then when I get home and realize I have to do it all again, I am sad.
2. But tomorrow is great. I may have to work, but I don't have to get the kids up and out of the house. I am responsible for one person. ME!
3. The kids are staying home with L and her parents. Aside from Thanksgiving Day, I am not taking any time off of work. I want to save it for actual vacation.
4. I am showered and in bed and it isn't even 8:15 yet. WIN!
5. Still no clue what we are doing for Thanksgiving. All I know is, we aren't cooking.
6. I think we are going to Cheesecake Factory. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Whatever. I don't care - I am not a huge fan of traditional Thanksgiving meal.
7. This Trump presidency is going to give me a stroke. He hasn't been already inaugurated yet and still every time his name is mentioned, I get twitchy and nauseous.
8. Our house is 1001 degrees. My ILs are always freezing so we jacked up our heat.
9. I need to find some decent/not tight yoga pants.
10. I am hibernating in bed alone while L, her parents, and the kids watch Dancing with the Stars. Glorious.
I can't even remember the last time we had a full Thanksgiving meal. Years. Perhaps college (20 years ago, ahem.)? L and I have never been into cooking a big meal. I like fresh rolls. My grandmother used to make a strawberry jello salad with a layer of some cream cheese mixture in the middle that was really good. I'd rather have beef than turkey.

1. H got into a car accident (she's OK), the car may or may not be a write off. Then today someone hit her rental car while it was parked in the carpool lot. WTF.
2. Isobel has been occasionally STTN the past week and a half!
3. Still haven't decided about the yard. I think I'll open a dialogue tomorrow just to see what they offer.
4. I'm not looking forward to being home all winter... I'm worried that we'll spend too much time at home because bundling Is will be a huge pain and I hate the cold.
5. Happy Thanksgiving U.S. friends! I'm thankful for you folks starting this black friday thing so I can do all my Christmas shopping.

1. JustJudy ahhh yay!! Keeping my fx for beta counts! I came here today specifically hoping you'd posted!
2. Happy Thanksgiving to all US folks!
3. I have the next 3 days off of school but an insane amount of hw due next Monday and Tuesday so that stinks.
4. Super excited for thanksgiving since we're going to announce the pg to our extended families and after that we can be totally public! (Though probably won't post on fb until around new years.)
5. My FIL was in the hospital all last week, is home now, but no idea how well he's doing. DW has been super cranky too when I ask about certain things. I know it's been exhausting for her dealing with her mother and I'm trying to be patient but it's been tough.
6. I'm seeing 2 friends tomorrow both of whom I haven't seen in forever. So that should be fun!
7. I can't wait to see all my cousins on Friday! Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because it's usually the one guaranteed time each year that I get to see all my family together. (Thursday we'll be with DW's family.)
8. Hmmm favorite side... at DW's family's thanksgiving, her SIL's sister makes this brussel sprout dish that is to die for! Too bad it gives me crazy gas so I can't go crazy lol. At my family we have a jello mold that I love and sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top... mmmmm!!!
9. I'm starting to get to the point that my clothes are not fitting well but it's all in my belly! Got new underwear today too!! I need to find maternity jeans but have yet to find the right pair.
10. I just need to survive these next 2 weeks and then life will be golden!
Me: 32, Wife: 38, Together for 5 years, Married for 2 years IUI #1 (8/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Crinone = BFN IUI #2 (9/2016): Letrozole, Ovidrel, Endometrin = BFP!! EDD 5/26/17
1. rikkiandjulie, I hope your back calms down a bit!
2. JustJudy, yay for a positive! Did you get the beta numbers yet??
3. 2brides, I can't imagine no Thanksgiving dinner. Although I enjoy turkey and all the rest.
4. bexincanada, sorry about the tough luck with the cars.
5. rosesquared, good luck with the pg announcement, very exciting!
6. I have been working like a crazy person this week. I worked both jobs yesterday and will today as well. And my full time job has just been crazy.
7. Still no offer from the job interview now a month ago. Some people tell me that it's not unusual but if they do ever come in with an offer, I will have to try really hard not to be offended.
8. I wish I could say the next 4 days off will be relaxing but we are potty training and let's be real, I have a 2 yo and a 3 month old. Nothing about that is relaxing.
9. I was not pleased with the foot of snow we got Sunday/Monday. I had to shovel to go to work. This is the first time I actually could just shovel 1/2 the driveway though since M didn't have to leave. I shoveled the rest when I got home from work.
10. As much as I dislike the snow, O was super excited about it. I pulled her around on the sled, we built a snowman yesterday and the dog some fetch in the yard. I'm glad we bought her snow suit early although we had to put her in her rain boots because her old snow boots didn't fit and my mom bought her new ones for Christmas.
Bonus- I don't really have a favorite side dish. I like mashed potatoes, corn and gravy piled high on my plate though. Happy Thanksgiving!
Beta was 43 and progesterone 68, a little lower than I hoped for but the doc was excited. I did a FET and sometimes those embryos take an extra day or two to settle in. I go back Friday.
rikkiandjulie, I'm making green bean casserole, I think my family would revolt if I didn't. But it's not a dish I enjoy. I'm definitely in the minority!
2brides, Trump is making me insane too. How did we end up with this man as president elect after amazing Obama?! I hope you don't melt in your house
bexincanada, I'm so sorry about H getting in an accident. That's scary!
rosesquared, enjoy your three days off from school!
kona, I hope that job gets back to you, a month is so annoyingly long to be waiting.

My first beta was a 22, and my second was a 40. I wasn't at all too positive about it, by the numbers have to start somewhere so just keep your head up. I'm sure that your little bean will settle in all snugly and the next time it will be higher. Just remember that it's really a rise of at least 75% in 48 - 72 hours, it doesn't have to perfectly double.

1. We're a day late this week. It's been good but again busy around here.
2. @justjudy, Thinking of you! How did Beta go?
3. I love all the sides. Vegetarian stuffing, green bean casserole, and cranberry sauce are probably my favorites. Preferably in one bite but not all mixed together. I'm strange like that. But mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce are pretty good together too.
4. Watching M interact with her little baby friends is way too cute. It's fun to watch their personalities. We went to the playground earlier today with a friend and her son and the two of them were interacting more than ever before. Most of the time they spend doing their own thing but they had their moments. They were passing a lid back and forth.
5. We decided not to register for the Turkey Trot this year but I'm planning on going for a 7-8 mile run in the morning tomorrow. During the week I've mostly been sticking with 5-6 mile runs, mostly 6, so going for a longer run will feel like a treat.
CETs-
6. Today is slow at work, luckily it's almost over.
7. The boss is out all next week on a case. Lately if anything's interesting, or out of the regular routine, he takes it. It's been getting old, I haven't been anywhere significant for work all year.
8. It is DARK out. I really don't like the shorter days.
9. Looking forward to the long weekend. Going to try to get some things done, including putting up the holiday lights.
10. The multiple blogs thing is going well, we've both been good about writing, so this weekend I'm hoping to get a bunch of editing done and some new things posted.
