Back to back iuis- waste of vials or helpful?
Clomid- when you are producing eggs but only have one vial left of the ds you need....
There are other factors like age, %s, insurance but for now i would like general opinions from a group that is at least partially in a similar boat to me.
I don't think I would do back to back either. Assuming they are good at getting timing down I don't think it increases odds much. And seems like waste of sperm. But I get the worry at increased age that trying too many months just makes you older. So I get the appeal.
When we did IUIs with our first we got pregnant on 5th III, which happened to be first time we used letrazole. We never used clomid

We did back to back with Clomid for our second attempt, Bfn... decided it was a waste of sperm and did Clomid and one IUI for try number three, our bfp.
I did it with our Follistim IUI, I had four follicles and it was still a BFN. So I vote no. Sorry you're in that position. I hope this is it for you all.

I was also told back to back iuis were a waste. All I know is what worked for me which was letrozole, trigger shot, progesterone, and the monitoring (not using opks). GL!!!
