Ha, so I am trapped in nursing jail and have been for a bit. I started typing on my phone, which has the sound on (always on vibrate here). He started laughing! Around the boob. Just laughing at fhe little typey type noises. I am so amused.

We did buy a first Thanksgiving (and Christmas) outfit after failing at Halloween. We're waiting until just before we leave to put it on though. Because spit up.
I bought a used Gobble till you wobble onesie yesterday (nothing like waiting till the last minute) and he wore a hand me down button up shirt over it.
Not to be all sappy, but I'm thankful for this group of amazing supportive Mommas. I don't know how I would have gotten through pregnancy without you. Watching your LOs grow up together is so much fun and you continue to be there for me and each other in ways only other moms can be.
I am exhausted and we're only half way through our marathon of Thanksgivings. DH, myself, the kiddos in their respective pack n plays, and the dog all in one tiny bedroom. They've done well so far though. Jinxed, lol. Damn it.
Ok, not to join a cult, but where do you find lularoe? Is it like Mary Kay (party wise I mean)?
Yeah just go to groups and search lula roe. You'll find tons. Lula lovers multi is a good starting point for one with lots more f consultants. An individual consultant I like is Lula roe by lazybee.
Yep, most of them do their sales on fb. I was introduced by my neighbor who had a party by another of our neighbors who is a consultant. It was nice to try things on and get an idea of what I liked before buying from fb parties.
I bought my first LLR leggings today. I got plain solid purple ones. Oh so soft. They were having a pop up shop at my mall, 20+ consultants with their clothes for sale and I got to browse a bunch and I tried on a loud pattern but chickened out and went with a solid color. Now I'll live in them.
Having heard about LLR for months from various sources, I've finally decided you guys are legit enough that I should ask this question.
Yes, pretty darn soft. Mine are only a few hours old but I don't plan on taking them off until I get ready for work on Monday. It's a smooth soft-but not so soft it gets caught on dry skin-it's more like super soft leather than micro suede, but it's obviously not either(!) --just trying to (badly) describe how it feels. Other than buttery. Which is how I've heard it described before.

Wow. Thanks! I work from home a lot, so these may have just rocketed up to the top of the holiday wish list.
Laundry is going, dishwasher is going, kitchen is clean. Yams steaming for purées, everyone is happy and fed. Waiting for ds2 to pass out, then coffee time!
Hi @cheeze have you tried baking yams for purées? I have been thinking of yams for my LOs first food but I was going to bake it, now I wonder if steaming is better? Ps yay for a productive morning!
Thanks @cheeze. My house is cold so I opt for baking when I can, but I hear you on the flavor. I always just wrap in tin foil and don't use any butter/oil when I make them for myself. Steamed would probably be the least extra flavor though.
Finally got L to sleep after her fighting it for an hour. I'm hoping that was just this crazy 4 days of travelling and new people and she'll be back to normal again soon. We hit traffic on the way home today so we stopped at a rest stop to feed them to avoid an epic meltdown. Thank goodness! They were still a bit grouchy the rest of the ride, but not bad as long as I sat in the middle between them so L could hold my hand and G could gum my knuckle. I'm exhausted!

Glad you made it! And yea sometimes the worst is the adjustment period after travel.
