Morning. Back to work in the world of real estate. Yeehaw. But I do feel refreshed!
M and I got into an argument over a banana this morning. No, child, you cannot walk around with a banana and lay it on every surface. I threw some of her banana away and HER WORLD CAME CRASHING DOWN.
The last few nights before bed e has told us she needs to go potty. Last night she brought her little potty over and I let her sit on it. She peed in it. The night before I had her go upstairs but she peed before we got to the potty. My dad is coming at 1 to pick up e for her sleep over. They are so excited.
babys2015 I saw amazon has a kitchen aide mixer for 220 normally 550.
@megaugust10, Nora always wants to use the potty but I'm really not mentally ready for that kind of thing. Haha. Maybe I need to listen to her!! Hope the sleepover goes well!

graciest719, you've got this!!! Things may feel overwhelming but take one step at a time. You'll get through. Back at work. Boo. A didn't want to be left at DC. Her teacher had to pry her off of me and I ran away with her screaming. Breaks my heart.
Back to work and my day sucks. My new job sucks. I'm not being granted a "training period", just expected to handle everything to the level of the previous agent (the one that is now my boss). I have such little w confidence at work.
bekbek M was all, "Bye, mom!" I handed her to Miss Ashley and she was happy as a clam. At least make it look like you'll miss me just a tiny bit! But all out screaming is tough. *hugs*
rvamama Hugs, lady. I hate that they have set unrealistic expectations for you. I mean, they chose your for a reason. They obviously think you're capable. But allowing for a transition period would be nice!
graciest719 +1 to what bekbek said. One day at a time. One task at a time. You'll make it through. Just try to make some time to take care of yourself. The smallest gift to yourself (nice bath, your favorite meal, beer after the kids are asleep), can make a huge difference!
malvo agreed. I work through lunch, stay about a half hour late and a couple times a week I log on after the kids are in bed and do at least an hour. Some things take time. I'm trying to find my "process". I just don't feel like I can say that to them.

Can you talk to C (?) and say something like, "I feel behind or unable to feel caught up on XYZ, do you mind taking a few minutes to explain your process and how you handled this?"
My boss always responds well to statements / questions like that.
I talked to our interim pastor today to discuss the wedding. He wants to meet after the New Year to discuss the wedding and logistics. But I really want to know what time the wedding will be held, so I can order and prepare the invites, which have to be ordered and then put in the mailbox by February 1. I got off the phone and still don't have a time. My head may explode. GIVE ME A TIME!!!

malvo, that would drive me nuts. I'm a planner. I need to know well in advance when things will happen. Call back tomorrow and tell the pastor you need a time so you can send invites! I'm making paper snowflakes to decorate my office. I do have a ton of work that is due in a few weeks but I'd rather make it Christmas. I'll stay late one day and get it all done.

My dad said they are taking e to downtown baltimore to ight to see 34th street. She has been really excited just to see the little bit the neighbors have put up the last few days. She will love seeing all the lights down there.

HI FRIENDS!!!
We are back at home now flight was delayed last night and didn't end up getting home until 2am. D was again a rockstar.... maybe we should travel more often?
We had the best week and got to have a play date with sjep922 and A! Best ever for sure. I love seeing how different they are, A is so cute and so well behaved. I feel lucky we got to do that.
So back to reality now. Boo.
But I'll just leave with this..... I GOT MULTIPLE BFP's TODAY. Christmas came early for us ❤️
ladymike ditto. More mentally than anything. malvo mostly I feel I can't do that because while she is a good trainer, she gives little information. I like the whole alphabet, she likes xyz and to be done. I need moarr! Also, I feel like in this situation I just need time to adjust and she is expecting me to be 110% up to speed. It's just hard and destroys my confidence in my work.
