DVMmomma and @wineandcupcakes, we are car shopping as well. I'm keeping my Prius for the time being, but my husband's G35 coupe has got to go. We have two dogs and realized we need a third row if we were going to go anywhere overnight or take a weekend road trip, which we do fairly often. We've driven a Pilot, CX-9, and Pathfinder, and a Highlander/4 Runner and X5 are next on our list. We're fortunate to have a few great off-lease dealerships close to us, so the $$$ cars are more affordable than brand new. My husband has been searching since we confirmed twins, and is so sad to give up his 10 year old sports car. It was a good run, though.
fightersince83, one of my coworkers told me his wife is pregnant with triplet girls, and I immediately thought of you. Pushing for the cerclage earlier sounds like a good plan. I hope the nausea stays away!
AFM, we found out at the growth scan that we have a boy and a girl! Everything looked good, they were measuring a few days larger, and my MFM was really happy with everything. We have a few weeks off from doctor's appointments, which is a nice break before the holidays. We told my in laws and my extended family on Thanksgiving (I forget what I update where...), and it went so well. My MIL is over the moon and reaches out every few days to tell us something new that she wants to buy for us. The benefits of being married to an only child, I guess.
