Hi ladies!! Loving all these babies ❤️
XP from Pregnancy: Had my 22 week growth scan this morning. Both babies are measuring exactly the same at 1 pound even. One baby is breech so we are already discussing breech extraction vs csection. She has been breech at every scan so my MFM doesn't seem hopeful that she will flip. Both options sound horrifying because I have a fused spine and will probably not be able to get an epidural. So if I had a csection they'd have to put me under GA and H would not be allowed to be in the room. I have to set up an appt with the OB anesthesiologist to talk about options.
Now for pictures.
The first good picture we've ever gotten of Miss H. She's usually covering her pretty little face.

See? I told you guys I wear regular pants once and a while.
19 weeks. So far so good! mustloveerica, plan for the worst but expect the best! It's still SUPER early. Those babies have plenty of time to flip. At 18 weeks, mine were flipping from vertex to breech WHILE the ultrasonographer was doing the scan!
requiressnacks nice work! How did you do it? Was having this conversation last night with H, like how the heck will I get out of the house with a toddler and two infants during my maternity leave??!

It really is doable but the first few times are so scary. You'll find a groove with how you do things and what the kids like. One of mine loved the car seat and the other loved being in a carrier. So for the first few months, my toddler was in the seat of the cart, car seat infant in the back of the cart and the other twin in the carrier. As soon as they started sitting up, double carts were my friend. I was terrified in the beginning thinking someone is going to be hungry or have a meltdown or poop, etc. But it always worked out. Feed before leaving. Don't go too close to nap time. Clean diapers. And cross your fingers. Oh and have low expectations.

It's not easy and I'm not sure how you would throw a toddler in the mix. I use my double frame stroller all the time and just have them in their infant seats. It's pretty easy. The only part that is hard is they eat every 3 hours like clockwork so by the time I feed them, change them, settle them down it's a battle against the clock.
ETA, also, I identified the rest room and a spot for changing right when I got to the store. So in case there was a blow out or eating emergency, I knew exactly where to go.
Went out alone with both babies today, for the first time! requiressnacks is still totally winning though, because not only am I not wearing mascara, I am in sweatpants and a zip-up hoodie and I'm 90% sure I forgot to brush my teeth.

Also, forgot blankets, although they were bundled in fleece so I think they were ok. And then got home and dropped my keys down the elevator shaft. So overall, first outing was a little rocky...
