My husband has a good friend/ co worker that lives in the area as an expat so they have no close friends or family near. His wife and I have met a few times. I knew she had experienced a loss previously and they were going through IVF. Her husband told my husband they were pregnant a few days ago with twins and now today has said they have lost the babies. My heart hurts for them.
She and I have not communicated directly about this pregnancy or the loss so I don't want to overstep but I would like to express my sympathy and do something for her. Can anyone give me advice on what I could do?
