So the medical assistant to my midwife is a parent of a student at my school. As a result she is treating me like a special patient and gave me her cell to text her if I need anything. I asked if I was going to have an ultrasound on Wednesday. She said my midwife doesn't usually do them this early, but since I'm special, she'll schedule me one!

We have an ultrasound machine at work that just sits out in the hallway and every once in a while it's turned on when I get to work. I am always so tempted to use it but I can't really take it anywhere without being obvious and I'm not about to scan myself in the hallway. I did grab our Doppler the other night and found baby with it though! That was fun!

I forgot to update! I had my appointment last Wednesday and then went on vacation. They just asked me a million questions and listened for baby. It was so nice to hear baby!
They also moved my due date because of the LMP instead of O date. Whatever, due date is now 7/1.

Can't quit my RE...heading in for another u/s tomorrow for some peace of mind. I'm starting to feel like I've developed some sort of post-loss anxiety attachment to this doctor...

I have my follow up ultrasound with the RE tomorrow and I am so excited. I am telling my parents by sending them a Christmas card so I am hoping for a super good picture. Also like a good HB and good growth and mostly I may not sleep tonight.
Had my follow up today! Two weeks I was measuring 3 days behind so I was really freaking out. Baby is fully caught up and measuring a day ahead. I definitely cried through my sonogram.
Me: 31 Wife: 30. Legally married 2008, thanks CA! TTC #1 since 11/14 using donor sperm. IUIs Jan-Aug 2015 BFN Sept & OCT 2015 added Femara. BFN Saw RE December 2015. IUI with Clomid & Trigger Jan 2016 BFN IUI #13 with Follistim April 2016 BFFN IVF #1 July 2016. 14R, 10F, 6 Day 5 embryos. 4 PGS normal embabies!
I had my first official appointment today and second ultrasound. The baby is measuring right on track! I also found out my OB practice offers the panorama test to everyone under 35 now too for $200 or less, so we're gonna go ahead and do that next week. This first tri seems to be moving so much quicker than last.

Maybe I should know, but this is my first so I have to ask... what's the panorama test?

Not simon, but I'm getting it done also. It tests for a variety of things, such as trisomy's. Used to check the chances of down syndrome is what it's most known for. Here's a link: www.natera.com/panorama-test/what-it-screens
I am doing the panorama test at my appt tomorrow as well. We didn't do it with my daughter, but for whatever reason I just want that extra reassurance this time. Plus it will be fun to find out the sex so soon!

I was surprised when my OB said they offered it to everyone now! Finding the sex early is definitely an awesome bonus.

We're doing the panorama next week. I'm excited to find out the sex and also really anxious to hear that everything looks normal.
