I'm doing ok. My friend brought over her Doppler a few days ago and I was able to find the heartbeat, so that was really cool!
I made it a whole day without needing my diclegis, and I was super excited. But then the next morning I started piling again. So I took it last night and still threw up this morning. Plus I have the headache from hell. It started yesterday and is still here and I just want to cry. I'm so so SO tired of feeling like crap all the time. Can I just sit on my couch and cry and feel sorry for myself today?
I have my dating ultrasound today! I went two weeks ago and was three days behind but was able to see and hear the heartbeat. I'm hoping and praying that all is well today. My last lost I measured a full week behind and baby stopped growing right after the ultrasound.
I hit 7 weeks today so I'm happy to make it out of the 6th week.. the week of the loss. Not that I feel home free but still.
The loss of appetite and gross thoughts when I think of most foods, gives me a smidge of hope though.
Next apt is next wed. I'm hoping to talk my dr into trying the Doppler.. fully aware 8w2d is early. But with a lot of manipulation, she found my sons right at 9 weeks.

Hi friends! My symptoms are disappearing which is scaring me. I've gone almost 4 days with no nausea, and the breast tenderness isn't nearly as noticeable as it was before. We aren't supposed to see the midwife to hear the heartbeat again until next Monday. My MMC with Baby E was around 10 weeks, which has me freaking out. I called my RE again today and they're willing to squeeze me in tomorrow afternoon for one last ultrasound. They are seriously amazing and I'm having a really hard time ripping off the bandaid and leaving them.

Hello there! I'm feeling ok this week after passing all my milestones, but part of me is waiting for the other shoe to drop. I have my level 2 u/s with the MFM next Wednesday, so in glad I get to see the baby again so soon. We'll also be talking about their plans to monitor me and the shots I'll be getting since DS was a 34 weeker.
I'm freaking out. This stomach flu has completely wiped me out. I haven't gotten up all day except to throw up, and I can't keep anything down. I can tell I'm dehydrated because my muscles are spamming and my lower back hurts so badly I'm in tears. This happened in my first pregnancy and I started spotting/eventually miscarried a few days later. I was only 5.5 weeks that first time, and I was just able to find baby's heartbeat on the Doppler, but I'm worried about my level of dehydration.

If you can get some electrolytes in you, if you can't I second ER. There is no shame.
MissSally, sorry you're feeling so crappy. Maybe at least call your OB's after hours service to see what they recommend?
Just got off the phone. She is calling in a prescription for something (I couldn't understand her) and she said if I don't feel any better then I should head in to the ER.

I'm so sorry you're sick. Hopefully the script will help but definitely don't be afraid to go in for fluids if you need to. Take care of yourself.

Update: the pharmacy ended up being closed. I actually felt relieved because I wasn't crazy about the meds she wanted me to take. I didn't throw up again and I woke up this morning crazy thirsty. I'm currently drinking Gatorade and praying that I keep it down.
I'm having a day of feeling crampy. I can't help but worry. Trying to tell myself the added tiny bit of maybe pulling I feel means everything is just stretching? Right? Ugh.

Are you drinking enough water? I always start feeling crampy when I'm dehydrated. Yesterday was bad because I didn't drink nearly enough water.

This. Totally. I drink massive amounts of water every day.

I like frozen pedialyte pops too. Those are great for dehydration.

Any tips or tricks? I aim for 100 oz/day, but I hardly ever meet my goal. I'm having a hard time at work because my office is on the 3rd floor and the drinking fountain and adult restrooms are on the lower level. I got a pitcher of water and try to drink most of it in a day, but then I have to pee every 15 minutes!

akraus2015, I buy a case of water every week and keep it in the trunk of my car. I drink one bottle on the way to work, 3-4 bottles per day at work, and 1 bottle on the way home from work. I pee ALL THE TIME.

The environmentalist in me in cringing at all of those plastic bottles.
akraus2015 I have a 32oz hydroflask that I aim to fill 3x per day. I would carry one around with you all the time. Even if you have to pee a lot, it's worth it
I love love love my hydroflasks!
Our water where I live has super high calcium deposits, which I've read isn't great for pregncy. So I bought a water tower thing and MH picks up the 5 gallon containers a few times a month.

Our water in SoCal is gross. In Portland I loved the tap water, it was delicious. So I'm trying to remember to drink water bc I really do like water, but having to actually buy it sucks a ton.

I have my 25 oz camelback bottle that I refill during the day. It's big enough that I only need to refill it 4x a day, plus I find that having a straw helps me because I don't have to stop working to unscrew the top and can't drink quickly.

We're in North OC, about 10 min from Disney Even though I grew up here I've never liked the taste of the water.
