I use Jurgens Natural Glow for face because I don't wear any foundation or prefer on my face. I do like to have a little glow, though. I am hoping to find a higher quality facial moisturizer with self tanner one of these days! I use Philosophy Renewed Hope in a Jar at night (when I wash my face at night, which rarely happens). I also just got Arbonne day cream spf 20.
I like O'Keefe's working hands for the winter dryness. If that doesn't take care of your issue, it could be something else. For the past 2 summers, I've been getting little red spots with dry skin in my cleavage. I asked the dermatologist about it and she said that it was basically tiny patches of dandruff. It shows up on the body in random places seasonally due to irritation or environmental factors. Mine was swoobs in the summer! She suggested I put Head and Shoulders on it, but I never bothered because the areas were so small and gone by fall. I'm not sure if this is your issue, it just seems a bit odd to have dry skin under a ring.
