Hey hey! It's been busy here... Going on 23 weeks Wednesday, so that's super exciting. And I've managed to keep my weight in check like the Dr wants, so that's a bonus. Hasn't been easy with the holidays, but I've been holding my ground! lol Oh, and I managed to fix the dresser! All the drawers fit properly now! Yay!!!!! Now we are still trying to track down the crib. It was ordered back on 19 Nov, we were told it was on a truck being shipped here back on 30 Nov and it still hasn't arrived! Grrrr Sears! I'm ready to cancel the order and get our crib elsewhere.
The baby is moving a lot now too, which is amazing and annoying all at the same time. Hahaha
I'm 8 weeks today and have a little reprieve from the nausea today thankfully. Hoping to get another good report on Thursday. Last week baby was bigger and SCH was smaller so FX that's still happening.

Hi Everyone! I'll be 18 weeks on Friday! I'm really starting to look pg though sometimes I feel like I just look fat lol. I am impatiently awaiting my a/s on the 30th! Praying that goes smoothly with no surprises! Feeling mostly good though we overdid it over the weekend and I feel so drained/exhausted. But I dragged myself from a nap to yoga this afternoon which was awesome!

Hey Everyone! Some excited that everyone is progressing so smoothly. I am 31 weeks over here, and starting to get anxious. I have a list of stuff I'd like in my hospital bag, along with stuff I'll be packing in Julie's.
I have a Blood Pressure check and NST, every week until delivery now bc my blood pressure is high.
I have two more ultrasounds to check growth. I think one is on 12/29, but I have so many appointments I could be wrong.
I have been having awful hip pain lately, seriously limping by time my shift is done. I'm hoping it passes soon!
We have so much stuff left to do around the house, but Julie's last day at her PT job is on 12/30 so that should help out a lot, as we will have more time.
I don't have a birth plan of any kind really. I am going in trusting my medical team to guide in the best possible direction. I'm open to whatever so long as it keeps me and baby healthy. My only real requests are that no one announces the babies gender to me other than Julie. That we have several hours alone before any visitors, and that my music play lists gets to play while I deliver. My hospital is cool and let's you play music during a c-section.
I feel like this baby is so far away, yet so close. I'm so scared of being a parent, yet so excited too
We had our appointment today with the Dr. She was happy with my non weight gain. And everything is going good with the little man. I guess he's measuring tall as per the ultrasound. They said he's got long legs.
Other than that, the Dr is happy, and I do the diabetic test next week on the 28th. Yay fun!

Thank you! We are so relieved that he is healthy and growing. He was kicking me for an hour after my 5am pee. lol
Something I realized last before bed... I believe I am starting to lactate! I saw a small amount of crusty pieces on my pj top where my boobs would be. I guess it's normal? Anyone else have this happen?
We got to see baby girl this morning and she looks like a real little human now! It's so amazing. And the bleed is gone so I'm officially off bed rest. Yes!

I am not lactating yet, I only get some clear liquid if I squeeze. Tmi? I've heard it's totally normal to lactate early though
