First of all I'm loving all these new babies!!!! Ahhh!!! I hope everyone had a great holiday.
So I am now 5 weeks PP and 2 days ago I started bleeding (bright red, some small clots and mild cramping) after I had been done for over a week. Prior to this my bleeding was very light, light pink/brownish and I didn't do anything strenuous to have caused such bleeding. I called the triage at the hospital and they said even though I'm EBF that it could be my period already. Whaaaaat? I didn't get that for almost 6 months with G due to nursing.
Of course Dr Google has me concerned about a hemorrhage... I'm not going thru a pad an hour, more like every few hours, but... yuck. I haven't had a 6 week check yet so don't think I am cleared for tampons.
I had the off and on bleeding last time and again this time (only going on 4 wks pp). Can't say if it's a period or not. But last time I did get my period soon after my 6 wk appt. And I was exclusively BF'ing. I expect the same this time.
Thanks ladies. I'm also pretty sad @kc295905 if this is my period. I have my 6 week check Jan 3rd, however I have to reschedule it.
I had called triage again today and they basically said the same thing and just to let them know if I felt dizzy, fever, headache, abdominal cramping etc...
I'm not a lot of help other than I will cross everything that this is not your period returning. I can't remember how long my bleeding lasted with my first two c-sections, but I swear it's gone on longer this time. But this time I also didn't bleed at all the first two days. It was weird. And now with my infected incision, I'm not sure if that's part of it. Blah!!

Anyone else have bleeding like this?
Mine started and stopped a few times until it completely quit right around 6 weeks. Of course, then I started BCPs and now have what I'm pretty sure is my period. 😕
Yep. I got it back pretty early on with both older girls too. Sucks.
Ugh... that sucks. I'm really not sure what mine was, it was light one day, SUPER BAD the next, then light again and now almost gone.... I guess will see what next month brings (or hopefully doesn't bring)
My bleeding has been very erratic too. I've been bleeding less and less, and now today it's like a very heavy period with bright red blood and clots. I'm only two weeks out so I assume it's normal, but I'm having period-like cramps too. So annoying.

I've been bleeding more some days and almost none other days- I'm always a heavy bleeder though. Some days I think the PP bleeding is finally ending, then the next day I feel like I can't do anything without feeling that annoying gush (I H-A-T-E pads!!! I want my tampons back already!!!)

I'm a month out now and still have this going on. Every time I think it might be over, it's back again. So so annoying.
