I thought about that becole. It's something I've ever done or tried, but I do have a...Moby? my cousin gave me. Maybe I can become a semi-professional before noon tomorrow.
I never wear baby either but I have an ergo and you just pop them in and make sure you don't smother them. I bet the moby is the same. And no one bothers a sleeping baby that mom is wearing but for some reason if it's just in your arms- everyone wants to touch. The skin to skin will also boost immunity.
Is anyone here a Disney pro? I'm throwing this together last minute and it feels kinda disaster.
I love Disney! Our honeymoon and babymoon for N were there, and we took N when he was 2. MH and I are potentially planning a trip for our 10 year anniversary in 2018. What do you want to know?

The Moby is fairly easy to figure out. I never wrapped before, and I figured it out quickly. I suggest watching videos on YouTube; that made it easier for me to do.

I'm not a pro, but we have gone a few times since we were married, staying both on and off property and hitting up three of the parks (Epcot, MK, and AK). I'm most familiar with Epcot, but I've also not gone with kiddos before.

becole, is the Hollywood and Vine one of the Disney Junior character meals? If so, and your oldest is a fan, I would don that. We ate at Mama Melrose on our honeymoon, and I remember the food was very good.
I've never eaten at Tony's, but I adore the Crystal Palace. I've had breakfast and dinner here and the meals were good. Great character interaction too. Winnie the Pooh compared his belly to my pregnant belly, and that is one of my favorite pics from the trip.

Those Kinder Egg videos are toddler crack. It's insane.
I know very little of Hollywood Studios except that my kid LOVES meeting the Disney Junior characters there. He loved all the characters, but the Jr ones each had a little backdrop/room type thing set up which made it cool.
We didn't do Crystal Palace, but I strongly considered it and heard good things about it. DS1 was almost 3 when we went, but his favorite characters to meet (aside from talking Mickey) were Winnie and Tigger which was a surprise because he never watched any of their cartoons.
britta when in March will you be in Tampa? I will be there March 11-13.
Stop it. The conference is March 10-12. We're undecided if we're going to tack days on the end or the beginning.
Well that is too convenient...we should meet up if it works out! I am going for a family member's wedding but I will have a decent amount of free time.

britta also if you need beach recs we love the ones around there, used to go every year. You may already have a good idea of things but if not, I know the area pretty well.

Yaaasss! I will keep you updated.
We know nothing of the area. Neither of us have been.
All this vacation talk!! We have a family wedding in Denver this summer, so that will probably be the extent of our vacations (aside from our annual Cape Cod trip). We are planning a cruise for Aug/Sept 2018 for our 5 year anniversary. We are such cruise people, and I found a pretty sweet deal on an 8 day cruise to the Caribbean out of Miami. 3 of the 4 ports we haven't been too, so it would be awesome.
What about these fast passes? 3 per park, 3 per day, 3 total? How do I plan?
I will nerd out on the Fast Pass (FP) topic once I've had some coffee, but you get 3 in one park per day at one time. So you will initially start out with 3 FP reservations for you and your H (since the kids don't need a ticket, they don't need FP) for each day in whatever park you'll be at. The great thing is that once you are done with those, you can add on an additional FP at whatever park you are at at that time (like if you moved to Epcot, you can now select an Epcot FP). Once you use that one, you can choose another one. When we went, you had to do it at a FP kiosk that are in each park. You can change your FP (ride and/or time) from the Disney app once they are booked or if you didn't choose three initially.
Why my brain has retained this knowledge from January but I can't remember which side I last fed on is beyond me.

iwantbacon re fast pass. So in MK, I booked fast passes for the morning- like 9:10,10:20,11:30 then reservation for lunch. So when we use the 9:10 one, I will need to go find another FP kiosk- any of them- and then change it to the ride i want on the app. We will also need to get the disability service pass. Its aggravating they won't let you book a fast pass within the hour window of your first even though you might be done in 20 minutes...
Does it make sense to do the FP for the morning and then add more to the day or should I just get the rides we absolutely want? I don't want to make a late fast pass because then we can't get another one right? Do we have to use all 3 before I book the next or use 1 and then book 1.

I think you have to use all 3 fast passes before you can add another one. If you get to the park right at rope drop, you may be able to get onto some of the more popular rides with shorter waits. When we went, we spaced our fast passes out over the course of the day. We were more focused on the rides we wanted than the times. You can also change the rides if you want to. I actually was able to nab a FP to meet Anna and Elsa for N and me by switching one of mine while we were down there.

Some rides are better to have Fast Pass than others (Peter Pan, meeting certain characters, rollercoasters). We tried to split it up so that id have a FP for one rollercoaster and my H for another, then we'd do rider swap so the other person could ride. We didn't really need FP for anything within the first hour the park is open. I tried to do our FPs earlier in the day so we could add more on later, but it would also be worth it to book them later in the day if you were going to a more crowded park in the afternoon or evening.
The app is awesome because you can view your FP reservations and change if needed. Like we had them for one ride, but then there was no wait so we changed that FP to something else. And sometimes better rides or times came up midday. It was also great for last minute dining reservations.
