Teacher, but this is my 3rd child in 3 years so my sick time is basically gone. I'll have 25 days as of September and I'll use all of them. So that will put me at Oct 9th or 12 weeks.
I'm doing everything in my power to set aside my tax return money and working my tail off in my side business to save up as much money as possible so I can take as much of the full leave as I can afford. I'm not going to put us financially in jeopardy, but if I can get an extra 2-4 weeks I will.
We have a handful of names shortlisted but haven't decided on either a boy or girl name (we'll find out sex at the AS but we liked having a backup name in case it was wrong)
H and I have a girls name picked, but if we have a boy... We can't agree!!
We didn't name DD until 24 hrs after being born. Clearly we haven't even thought about names for this one yet. We won't until probably half way through and it feels safe.

With DS we had his name picked out by the time we found out the sex at the anatomy scan but we hadn't ever settled on a girl name. This time we are about 90% settled on a boy name and we have 3 first name contenders for a girl name with about 7 or 8 fn/mn combos we are tossing around.
My company adopted a very generous maternity leave last year and I plan to take full advantage of it. We get 4 weeks prior to baby's arrival followed by 18 weeks of pregnancy leave/bonding leave 100% paid! So a full 22 weeks of leave paid plus we can have 8 weeks of flex time upon our return meaning we have to work our 40 hrs but they are flexible on our schedule. I am very impressed and grateful for the new policy. With DS I got 6 weeks paid and took another 6 weeks unpaid.

This is a very impressive policy. I wish more employers would realize it's benefits like this that keep great employees around.

I just found out I can take out a loan from the NYS Teachers retirement system and pay it back over the next few years. So I will take out the amount I need for 35 days or 7 more weeks and be able to go back December 6th. That will give me almost 20 weeks home with all 3 kids. By then I'm sure I'll need to go back haha. I'm so excited!
