hpnegirl that's too bad about the carpal tunnel. I have no such excuse, it's just procrastinating and dun wanna
Also my eyes got better after my pregnancy with DS! Not by a lot by but I went from -3.25 to -2.75 in my right eye and from -3.5 to -3.25 in my left. I ordered some new glasses last month but they were cheap online ones so I'm only out $85 for to pairs if they change again.

My parents stopped by for about two hours. DS was super excited and was all riled up. But he's still recovering from being sick so he very quickly was getting tired and actually willingly went to bed while they were still here. (He's 2.5)
He was willing to let grandma take him to bed too. Which is a good thing because I'm not going to be able to carry and rock him for two weeks This is suddenly giving me feels.
My plan all weekend was to clean out my closet and clean up the bedroom. I am staying out of that room so I am not reminded that none of that happened.
I went to the dollar store and bought all kinds of storage bins and I've been nesting. You should wait until you are further along...right now you need extra sleep not clean closets.
Oh believe me, I need both, ha...my bedroom looks like a hoarder's. You have to do some serious Olympic moves to get around without being killed by tripping over a pile of clothes.

The fact that I'm about to move to biweekly apps just makes it even more annoying to schedule with all the other apps I have
I just don't understand the point of them. If they want a weekly urine sample, I'll just go in and pee on my way to work. My blood pressure will always be elevated because of my fear of doctors.
I feel the same way!!! I go in, pee in a cup, doctor measures my belly and we talk for 5 minutes and I leave. I spend more time in the waiting room than with the actual doctor.
Speaking of travel with the baby, I'm trying to figure out what to do about a wedding this summer. It's in July, baby is due in May. My MIL and her fiancé are coming at the same time, but I'd only need to leave the last day of their visit. H obviously wouldn't be able to come, so it would just be me and baby. Wedding is in New England and we're in NC.
I think the obvious answer is that I can't go, but ugh, I would have liked to and it bugs me.
icedtea one of H's cousins came with her 2 month daughter to our July wedding. It's doable but easier if you could have support with you. She was also EBF'ing her daughter at the time
hpnegirl, I hope to EBF, so that'll definitely be a consideration. I'm also wondering if H's mom will flip if I take the baby away. I think they're coming for ~5 days.

Can they rearrange their schedule a bit so that H can come with you? I wouldn't be too keen on doing it alone but it would be fun to do together.

I'm going to have to see. They have to set their vacation time at the start of the year, but last time they did other things and then came to see us. So maybe they're doing that again and can shift.
