Toddler is running around the house pretending to chop things up (including our pets) with her toy chainsaw and cackling hysterically. I might be in a horror film. Haha.
I made turkey tacos and have no desire to eat them now. I dreamt of turkey tacos all day at work and now the thought of them makes me sick. 😭 Pregnancy wtf.

We're scoring a barely-used jumperoo for about half price for baby #2 off of Craigslist! Wahoo! I just happened to see the exact one that I saved to my (private) registry on there and am so excited that we are getting it!

There's some kind of vomiting + fever illness going around DD's daycare. So far DD is clear but she has no appetite. I hope she doesn't get it and I reeeeally hope I don't get it- I just got over bronchitis after over a month 😞

Left clinicals early because I had the worst stomach ache of my life. Took a two hour nap and feel fine now. I think the tomato sauce I had was just too acidic or something.
Now to cook dinner and tackle the ridiculous amount of homework that I have for tomorrow.
Butttt little man's crib should be delivered tomorrow!!
It was also nice having them do my lovenox shot in my IV while in the hospital but alas... More belly shots for me!😭
Oh my goodness, have you had issues or just risk factors?* I had to get that one when I had a suspected stroke (was just a migraine thankfully) and it left a bruise roughly the size and shape of Kentucky.
I think I've officially entered the pain phase. Last couple of days I've barely moved from the lying position or draped over my exercise ball because my back hurts too much. Obviously cramping my ability to get just about anything done. Really hoping the kid is just lying funny on a nerve.

*If you feel comfortable answering obviously.
I'm homozygous MTHFR so I get them after delivery due to the higher risk of postpartum clotting. I'll be on them for 3 weeks for vaginal delivery, 4 for a c-section. I'm on baby aspirin for the duration of pregnancy

That sounds a lot like what I had with DS1. If it doesn't let up soon, seek help. There's no reason to be doubled over in pain if* it can be helped
*there are obviously some things that we have to just deal with

I do have a chiro appointment next week, so I'm trying to wait it out until then and see what she says. Completely new territory for me pregnancy or not, so next steps, maybe physio?

You may be one of the lucky ones that just needs your pelvis re-aligned!
I posted about my experience over on the pregnancy board when someone asked about seeing a chiro a couple of days ago. I was just there two days ago and am already looking forward to my next appointment due to this damn hip that won't stay in place, ever
I had a dentist appt this morning and FIL was supposed to watch LO. He didn't answer the door after 15 minutes, so I took her with. (He apparently forgot and slept in) Thank goodness it was a 15 minute procedure, and she did great. She did try to hang out with the dentist afterward, following him out of the room into the back. I'm lucky my dentist is nice and kid friendly.
I was so mad, I did a little retail therapy afterward. I just couldn't pass this up.
The cutest hamper in the world.
It's like a switch got turned on on LO's birthday. She is definitely acting like a 2 year old. :/

Just dug through all the totes of DD's clothes to find the boy stuff my friend gave me 2 years ago. Looks like little man might not have to wear all pink and purple

That's an awesome haul, ourcrazynavylife! The only thing that makes me nervous about being team green is we don't have very much non-pink/purple stuff beyond size 3 months and it would have been nice to be buying up bigger sizes when on sale if it was a boy. I wish we had someone who could give us hand-me-downs if it's a boy!

ThankfulSnail I'd for sure try and find a baby resale store around you (like once upon a child). That way you can stock up on stuff after baby is born.

Good call, ourcrazynavylife ! We always bought DD's clothes from stores like that when she was little until she got big enough that we could justify buying new.
3 hours is a long time to sit in a chair. I'm cool for the first 2.5 hours of class. But I'm basically dying the last 30 minutes.
I used to have a 6 to 9 pm in grad school. I sometimes resorted to checking off each 15 minutes as it passed. It did not make the time fly. The worst were the days we had tests, because we would have a 2 hour lecture followed by a 1 hour test.
