2dumbdogs I'm not a runner by any means, but I love my jogging stroller. I got it because we go to lots of outside activities and wanted one to be able to handle rough ground. Mine handles wonderfully, though it is obviously some extra effort on hills.

Races always motivate me, 2dumbdogs I slack on training if I don't have one on the horizon.
I am back and forth on the jogging stroller too. If I got one, then it would be to replace our current stroller (2014 uppababy Cruz, which is a pretty good city stroller, especially because of how much I can stow in the bottom.) I don't have room for multiple strollers. Are there jogging strollers with decent undercarriage storage?
Went to the gym once and will try to run today. I'm drinking more water which is helping with how I look. Work has been busy so it's been tough to fit it in, I go back and forth on jogging strollers all the time but if I had one, it would make running so much easier. If I'd actually use it. Pushing a giant stroller and baby while running sounds horrific!
I really need to sign up for a race to get my ass in gear.
If I didn't have the jogging stroller, I would not ever really run. I don't like running late in the evenings and our nights are still too unpredictable to "plan" on early mornings, so I tend to go after school w/ E in the stroller before DH gets home from work. We don't belong to a gym either, so if I want to run, that's how it goes! Except on the weekends, then I get some stroller free runs. But E does like it, so I still sometimes take him with me on those runs.
I say look for a used one on Craigslist, they are usually fairly easy to find there. Singles at least.
I'm finally back in the game ladies. I went running today for the first time since my surgery and the broken toe. It's been 6 weeks since the surgery, 7 since I last ran. I managed to run 3 miles and my incision feels great but my toe isn't too happy with me. Hopefully I won't be back to limping when I try to put on regular shoes tomorrow.
Anyone do the couch to 5k? My husband wants to do it and then do an obstacle/mud run thing this summer. I've been not working out for a week now due to this stupid ankle. I need to get a brace, possibly two, as I know that both ankles are very weak and prone to rolling/bad sprains. I hate that I'm forced to take this time off when I was finally in a good habit of working out.
mommabakes, i do it. i've never finished it yet because of my H going out of town all the time. It's good.
here's how it works:
Day 1 Week 1 - brisk walk 5 minutes for warm up. Then you alternate for 20 minutes, walk 90 seconds, run 60 seconds. Then another 5 minute walk for cool down.
You stick to that for about a week then it increases the running time. And so on.
