Talked to daycare because H forgot to. They never heard or saw her cry yesterday, but did see her bite another kid twice. They are pretty sure she was just biting back. They told me about the conversation that they had with the other parent and they aren't upset because he's been biting his sister at home, so figured it was retaliation (similar to what is happening at home). My girl is a freaking brute force.

We transitioned DS at 18 months because he was diving out and our transition went well. It was one night of constant vigilance and then he got it. Dd is way more chill and she doesn't try to exit so I can see her being in there much longer!

Guys! E did great at ECFE today. Separation was hard but they didn't have to hold him the whole time. Today he was playing on the floor with one of the teachers when we got back
Hello ladies! Busy weekend but I am back. School started yesterday so I'm going to try to get a bit ahead when I have some time. Other than that, lots of cleaning today.
Things are good over here! How's life been treating you? How's B doing? And yes we have a private board!! LOL, nothing to exciting about it though, just us planning a gtg in May in Atlanta. Keeping a private board due to personal info being given out.
amberlie, how tough is your course load this semester?! Mom's with very little ones like yourself, impress the crap out of me. I am so proud of you and the other mommas who are going to school with the littles running around!!
@janetheconquerer, I'm taking 4 classes so 12 hours. I'm in an accelerated program so each class is only 5-8 weeks. So thankfully I was able to schedule them this semester so that I'm usually only working on one class at a time. There are a couple of times when the end of one will overlap the first week of another but usually the first week is the easiest on workload.
So on the sheet M gets with each appointment it gives different tips and such. This one said he should be moved out of his crib once he reaches 35 inches. Had anyone else ever heard that before? He measured 33.75 inches today, he grew over 3 inches in three months! He'll be out of his crib in no time if I follow that! Someone please tell me that's the silliest thing ever.
That seems pretty silly. My nephew is off the charts with his height and he just moved to a bed this month, at 2 1/2. He was definitely way over 35 inches.
That said, we did just convert Poppy's (who is a shortie) crib to a toddler bed. But since we moved and this is the first time she actually has her own room, it was easier to make sure it's set up so that nothing dangerous is in there, no climbable/ tippable furniture, etc. We had a few rough nights, but for the past few nights she's been sleeping through the night, and when I've come in in the morning, I've found her occupying herself playing, so it's a win for us!

This was the earliest appointment they had. I live in BFE Colorado, and have to see an oral surgeon who is 70 miles away. Since I will (hopefully!) be high AF before, during, and after, I need a driver. H will be driving, and juggling kindergarten and preschool pick up and drop off, and snow, makes scheduling a clusterfuck.
BUT, I could be pregnant (poas this Thursday). If I am (yay, baby!), but I won't be able to have any level of sedation...which could make the experience all kinds of traumatic (balls).
The secretary was a monster bitch and not helpful.
So much DNW. Get a crown after you get a root canal! Don't put it off like I did!
A former student sent me a box of chocolate covered salted caramels as a thank you for a project I helped her with. Of course I JUST started the Whole Life Challenge. Temptation....
