She was supposed to move to her room Friday night but I didn't feel prepared to sleep train. I spent all weekend reading on the different methods and after having a newborn in the house last night (seriously almost every hour) it's time. Doing a modified Ferber, DH is doing the checks and if it's been 3 hours I'll nurse. Also gonna try to nurse before bedtime routine so he can lay her down awake. Trying to be optimistic.

Good luck! We've had some set backs here too, but B has croup now. It's always something. Hope it works well for you guys!

We are back to 2 wake ups. Not that bad considering where we used to be, but I was enjoying only 1 wake up. He always wakes up around 11 so I'm going to try a dreamfeed before I go to bed to attempt to get only 1 wake up.
melody330ellebelle it was actually decent! 3 wake ups almost exactly at 3 hours apart - it's like she knew. She also didn't seem to mind being in her room either. DH had no luck getting her down so I did go ahead a nurse to sleep. I'll work on that another time. She's currently going on a 1.5 hour nap in her crib and our laundry is actually done. I know we need to break this crappy sleep cycle to get better sleep so hopefully we on our way now.
